Advice for next cycle was created by digs
I am planning to start this cycle. Please advise how you would run it. I am 1,86m 94kg 15%bf

Week 1-4 Tbol 30mg per day
Week 1-15 Test cyp 500mg pw
Week 1-15 Equipose 700mg pw
Week 5-15 Tren E 300mg pw

OR

Week 1-4 Tbol 30mg per day
Week 1-20 Test cyp 500mg pw
Week 1-15 Equipose 700mg pw
Week 10-20 Tren E 300mg pw

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Looking for lean muscle gain

I'm off a recent cycle which contained Tren E and 10 weeks isn't enough. Due to the long ester I only started to see results here from week 13+ and I ran 450mg per week. I personally like slightly higher test dosages so you might want to up that slighty.

I would go for the 2nd cycle, but up the tbol to 50mg and run the tren E for full 15 weeks with the equipoise as well, I would also recoomend you up the test to a minimum of 600mg PW, that way the test is double the 19-nor. What AI are you using and are you going to use a anti-prolactin drug?
