Winstrol to bridge

Hey guys

I'm running a 10 week Test Cyp cycle@500mg/week frontloaded by 60mg/day Oral Turinabol for 6 weeks. On week 7 I start Proviron.

My waiting period is 5 weeks before I start PCT, ie from week 11 to week 15 I will only be taking Proviron. I'm considering adding Winstrol in there to bridge. My question is can I run the Winstrol from week 11 through week 15, along with the Proviron? Will 40mg/day be ok? I also want to do 4 weeks of Clen, can I do the Clen from week 11 to week 14?
Should I worry about the OT and Winstrol impact on my liver during the same cycle or will the 5 week break between orals give me enough recovery?

Any advice?

Yes I would include Winny with the Prov, but if you on a tight budget then maybe stick with one... i would go with winny. Clen can also be added and will aid nicely with the hardening effects of the winny. There will be no need to worry about liver issues (I say this with caution), Winny is harsh but under 6 weeks is fine. The T-bol is liver toxic but not nearly as harsh as d-bol so you will be fine especially with the 5 week mid-cycle break between orals.

You beat me to the punch i was about to start the same thread !! I have more or less the same cycle but am using dbol as frontload, its my first cycle , how much more of an issue will the dbol be as aposed to the tbol liver wize ?

I think Stuart noted as well Dbol is quite harsh but you would normally run it for less than Oral Turinabol, around 4 weeks. In theory you would then have even longer between orals for your liver to recover.
I'm not sure if you are using liver protection but I use SAMe, it has research behind it and i believe really works. Its expensive but I would suggest it if you can.

Are you thinking about adding the Winstrol in too?

Ja was thinking prov and whinny and maybe clen but i shake with too much coffie so not sure about the clen !!
I have been taking SAMe from the start of the cycle need to get my second bottle aaggg!!
only got a few more days of dbol left.How mant SAMe have you been taking a day ?
and how long must i run it for after the dbol is finished ?

Just taking 1 a day, can't afford more at the price! I usually by 2 bottles and then use it up which gives me 2 weeks after the OT is finished. I'm not sure about Dbol but I would think it is better to do about 2 weeks afterwards at least.
You will need more anyway because winny is rough on the liver and so is nolva/clomid. I normally dont use it again until I get to PCT then use it daily again during PCT.

hahah, I agree with you Inja, there is a lot of assumptions being made regarding the waiting times between hepatoxic compounds. The fact is that once the liver is damaged it is damaged and this could take several months to come right, if ever. The general reason why oral steroids (or 17 alpha-alkylated) steroids are more harsh on the liver is because the stronger bond in the oral steroid molecule causes it to become significantly more resistant to enzymes in the liver. In effect it skips the first pass digestion in the liver which in turn makes it incredibly harder to break down - causing liver toxicity. It is oral steroids such as Primo A and Anavar do not have this 17aa ring so are far less harmful on the liver.

I don't think one is more or less toxic to the liver specifically. In fact if you think about it logically OT is probably worse on the liver as with Dbol you have the liver under pressure for 4 weeks, with OT its for 6 weeks. My point on Dbol being harsh is that the sides in general are more harsh than Tbol as far as aromatisation is concerned.

Fact is that both these and a number of other orals including PCT drugs are harsh on the liver and you need to be aware of this when using them.

@Philip, I don't use essentiale or anything else bro, just SAMe and my normal vits.

As for the Proviron, my OT stops after week 6. I am using Proviron from week 7 through to 2 days before the start of my PCT. And now adding Winny in there too. I'm nearly 2 weeks in and feeling really good, also feeling the OT working!
