Hi Guys

I need some help i have been taking HGH but have not got the results ive been looking for !! i have heard IGF-1 is better than HGH what you think ? can i take them both ?

igf is a difficult substance to master correctly,some say u can use them together,how ever i am using igf and gh with one of my clients currently on 1day igf,1 day gh protocol and its working wonders.

The way I've always been tought, combine them either the protocol DJ suggested or morning afternoon, there is no scientific proven protocol provided for bodybuilders on IGF + hGH.

Interesting. I always though HGH is the precursor to IGF, and that it would be pointless to run HGH if you can do IGF.

Using both together does have a synergistic effect but not taken at the same time the protocol I have read up on is similair to what dj lentioned

If you use both together its 3pins daily en daai insulien naald is 'n bliksim in die kuit of bicep. The ifg also burns like hell so you need to mix it with sterile water when you pin it.

Depends on what you mix igf with if you mix it with bacteriostatic watrr it stings with sterile water its fine
