which kind of proviron do you use?

The winny is up to you, I prefer injectable (ilium is my prefered brand)

Proviron, I usually use LP. My last cycle I used some proviron from india, which was ok.

what do you think of otp?

well i am on pviron( treied otp and otp db) and switching to mass prop close to the end of cycle when should i incorporate the winnyuse the winny

OC is a good brand. I think Snok is doing a cycle at the moment using OTP products.

It is a good brand,I really like their clen and yohimbine that they have,haven't used the rest of the range yet but the reviews have been good,I am getting some of the a-dex to try aswell...so will let u know how that goes...I like the look of their packaging in the silver foils,labels look awesome and their tabs are good quality too.they do have a website so u can see their packaging...

Machine just give it time,being hard comes down to being lean and muscular and having little fat and water under the skin,u are already dropping body fat quite nicely and gaining muscle so give it time and u will be at your goals.rome didn't get built in a day.

1) why only start the mass prop in week 9 as stuartf sugest and the test prop in week 11, like why not at the same time ?

Machine, read my previous posts, I suggested running the Masteron Prop from the beginning at 100mg EOD.
I also said if you don't want to do this then run a Masteron Blend and then change to short esters towards the end. If you have been running Masteron Enan then yes you can change to Masteron Prop after week 7.

No you don't have to change to test prop. Why don't you rather run the test enan to the end. It is a long ester and will need to be run for a minimum of 10 weeks anyway. The only reason for changing to test prop towards the end will be for water management, but if you aren't competing then its not really necessary. The mast prop is a short ester masteron so it kicks in quickly and has less water retention than the masteron blend that is a combination of mast prop and mast enan.

U can only start your pct in week 19,6 weeks after your last equi shot.

Var is better but is much more expensive and has to be run for long periods at min 60mg/day. Winny is great for quick lean gains to harden up at the end of a cycle. Hpw much longer you got on your cycle?

Your pct must be using ovidrel aswell as aromasin as u are using a heavy heavy cycle here...

Ok bud, I just want to clarify where you are in your cycle and if you are in fact following your proposed cycle.

-Are you still running Equi and Testen?
-have you been running Mast Enan from the start?
-you say that you have 5 weeks left so in effect you should be running testen/equi/prov/mast enan and starting mast prop and anavar?
-have you started the test prop with the mast prop or are you only going to start the test prop in week 11?

I just want to make sure whats potting before giving any more advise.....it sounds like you don't have all your gear yet and are still chopping and changing half way through your cycle (ie. asking whether to use anavar or winstrol). Maybe not the case but just checking.

For your pct you will use doctari's protocol.
Clomid at 100mg/day for a week
Nolvadex and aromasin for 3 weeks (nolva @ 20mg/day & aromasin @ 20mg/day)
Ovidrel is synthetic (man-made) HCG so is used at the exact same dosages as pregnyl or LP HCG (500iu EOD for 2 - 3 weeks)

Yes to the the first 3 questions. Mymass blend ran out in week 7. So I missed the tuesday shot and the friday shot and agin the tuesday shot today. I still havve 2 weeks of testen left befor I switch to the prop as planned in week 11.
However what I have conciderde is why not just start the mass prop now run it from friday ( week 8 ends on tue the 8th )
Till week 13. For 4 weeks ( cause mass blend is finished) so right now I am only on testten/equip/proviron and startin the var or winny asap like on week 8 end (friday)
And then yes will start the testprop in week 11 as planed

Also my letro is finishe in week 7 end. So now do I get adex for rest of. Cycle and then aromaisn fr pct or what? Just adex or just aromasin ( got to thiink of my pocket as well)?

Ok bud, I would definitely start that mast prop now and run to the end. If you're starting week 8 and finishing week 13 then you would have 6 weeks left not 4 weeks. That will make it exactly 2 bottles mast prop at 100mg EOD. Test prop can be started at week 11 as planned and run for 3 weeks (also 1 bottle).
I reckon you won't habe enough time to include anavar in the cycle. For maximum benefit it should be run for at least 7 - 8 weeks. Rather stick with winny and start it in week 8 and run it to the end at 50mg/day.

If you are on a tight budget then rather avoid a-dex. Stick with letro and then change to aromasin in PCT.

Why not just mix them all together the equi, testen and mast prop. The equi will help with inj pain and mast prop on its own doesn't really give much pain, so no need for GSO...but its up to you.

That is why i like to get all my gear and pct and everything before starting the cycle , so i know i wont have problems down the line
