Additionally, I started feeling lower back pain especially the day after I pin. Should I be concerned?
Cheers guys.
DJ, I'd like to send you my diet as well and maybe you could work your magic.

Why 3000mg ala what value would that add? Just asking as I thought ala being an antioxidant stabilizes blood sugar and aids absorption of carbs without the spike in insulin.Fakey_AK wrote: id drop the milk thistle and go for 3000mg ala
I rate Legalon over milk thistle as it does not diminish my gains whilst on orals

Exactly for the reasons u mentioned and i've also read that it re-generates damaged liver hepatocytes and does many more for other organs overall just better for the body.
Plus i believe milk thistle to do jack.
But u can go with a dose of 1000md ed too

I am not that experienced but what i do know and have done research on is milk thistle. It only has 1 phase in it, by that i mean that it actually breaks down the properties of the toxin in the liver but then does not have much more to do. I would look to a liver script sort product that can break up the molecules in phase 1 and then have a second phase property that actually gets rid of the toxins. By taking a product like thistle on its own you can actually have bad side effects as your body now just has lots of smaller molecules of toxins to deal with and can land up doing more harm than good.
Just my 2 cents worth.

I honestly always use Milk thistle on-cycle, always have. I would rather sacrifice some muscle gain, than having my liver fall out.

Deadgoat wrote: I remember having a chat with this massive endocrinologist once, he told me that anything with DADA will all but eliminate the hepatoxicity of all orals, your thoughts on this?
DADA is the mother of all liver protectants. It's just a mission to find. There is a product called synthegine sold in Australia that has DADA in it. Check it out..
