Cutting on Test alone

Quick question.
Would one be able to cut properly on just a 8week Test cycle?
if so, would you recommend using a AI with it to hold back the water as much as possible?
Reason I'm asking is that I'm looking to cut down before december and the budget is a bit low. I was thinking of getting just test Prop and Letrozol or other AI and go heavy on the cardio and diet. I should be able to get Clenbuterol if need be but I personaly think a test should just be fine.
I would like to maintain most of the muscle I gained from my cycle I'm on currently.
What would you guys advise and recommend.
Thanks

Thanks DJ!

I also know another guy (30+ years old), that looks like another person while he's on gear (test only) (obviously he doesn't use pct) but before he's fat and small, and after a few weeks hes bigger and has a six pack, and I can almost guarantee you he doesn't diet like he needs to.

What would such a typical diet look like? Not looking for a free diet but and I quote "if you are eating less food than u need and doing minimal cardio or if u are eating the same amount of food and doing moderates amount of cardio and training heavy and with decent full reps" makes one wonder.
i.e Anyway would like to get a diet from you, but currently just cannot afford it.
