Liver Flush & Milk Thistle dosage pd

Good day brothers in steel

I was just wondering what the recommended dosage for Milk thistle per day is before, during and after a cycle. Also what brands are you using?

I will start my first cycle beginning July, and started with Milk Thistle to power up the liva. I will also use Essentiale with the milk thistle: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/4-cycle...liver-protection#198

I read some posts here about 1200mg thistle per day.

I am using Naturelle's MT and it contains 71.43mg of MT per tab - taking two a day. Am I taking the Panado of Milk Thistles?

And next Friday I will be doing the Liver Flush.
What are your opinions about a Liver Flush?:

There's nothing wrong with milk thistle. I use it on a regular basis, together with SAM-e and Cissus Q. The liver flush is not so clever though, and while the runny stomach sounds dramatic, it doesn't mean much in the bigger scheme of things, IMO. You actually run the risk of creating more problems than you cure.

There's a couple of theories regarding this one. Milk Thistle blunts the androgen receptors so that not the brightest idea on earth to run that through the entire cycle.

I personally believe in Legalon year round and then after PCT I hit SAM-e because there's probably nothing better in regenerating your liver than that. The reason why I prefer SAM-e post PCT is because Nolva is fairly liver toxic and I basically want all compounds out of my system before I use it.

Vega you are spot on here brother- did about two hours of liver and Milk Thistle readings in the forum yesterday, and you basically summed up here what Doctari said over a couple of posts in different threads.

I am still in the dark with regarding to the best MT- (brand Name) and optimum dosage requirements per day.

Vega- what is your opinion on the LIver Flush? I believe that I will have a couple of bile chrystals blocking my ducts- and the only thing that bothers me from the whole flush idea is the 17 hours of fasting.

There are many other sources warning of the risks too. The 'liver' flush you are referring to is actually a gallbladder detox, so I'm not sure if it is what you are after.

I actually have no clue what Liver flush is. Go to your doc and get a script for Legalon. You won't be disappointed.

Eidolon I see on the links there might be risks but the advantages surpasses the risk factor for me- especially since I abused my body over the past 15 years- I just think this might work out good for me.

I'm doing the flush on Friday- will let you know what happened.

It is indeed. But as I understand it, it doesn't effect the androgen receptors.

i was using the solal milk thistle. Is legalon better. And is what you saying that normal milk thistle will affect the dbols on the front load

SAMe regenerates liver cells while milk thistle if more of a detoxifying agent and not that effective .. SAMe comes with a nice price tag though

Good afternoon fellow metal benders

So I did the Liver Flush last night. I feel f@ckin amazing today- super levels and super strong. Not sure how it will go in the gym- but I feel like my organs got a turbo charger.

Years and years' of bile stones that came out. I weighed them, and they were close to 100g! Imagine your Liver en galblasie carrying all of this junk every day, trying to do their best with these green peas that block their ducts.

Some of them were as big as my thumb.

You don't need the Lactologic- they are just good goggas like inteflora.

He checked a drop of blood and saw that my Liver was getting very swaar.

Ok so my doc gave me a script for legalon. Are we 100 percent sure that this wont affect the dbol and arimidex. Or would a better way be to wait till the 4 weeks front load is over then start legalon

I had my last meal yesterday at 14h- then started the Liver FLush around 17h- by 18h last night my stomach was empty and just water stools. Did everything according to the recipe- this morning the stones came- they are light and they float- and believe it or not- no smell at all. Just "clean" water with Bile stones. just scooped them off and rinsed them.
