Cycle advice

Hi All, Im new to this forum.

I need some advice on a cycle im planning. I have done a winstrol only cycle and I responded well to it. My age is 28 and weigh 74kg. Body fat percentage of 12%-14%.
Im Planning the cycle as follows
Weeks 1-8
Dianabol 20mg per day
Winstrol 20mg per day
Nolvadex 20mg per day
weeks 8-10
Clomid 50mg every 2nd day

My goal is to weigh 78kg after the cycle .Ill be consuming 3000 calories through out.

Any advice.:huh:

No no no Ok not trying to be nasty but ill be straight.

Firstly the pills are MORE harmfull than injections-period bar none
Secondly if you run pills you really shouldnt exceed 4 weeks with prop 2 exceptions- winny and D bol arnt those
Thirdly- Combing Winny and Dbol isnt a good idea- im not going into androgenic/anabolic actions and the wonders of 17alcs- so just take my word for it.

Hey thanks for the advice ,what are the 2 exceptions ,I would suspect one of them being Anavar/Oxandrolene. Im not ready to take the plunge with the jab yet.
Im aware the stress you put on your liver and kidneys with orals run at prolonged cycles.

What is a good oral cycle taking into consideration my goals.Not looking at putting on huge amounts of mass ,Ill be happy with an increase of 4kg quality gains after the cycle/

4 Kg's is Good even for a way more serious cycle.

Ilike the odd winny and eca combo 4 weeks on 4 off and repeat- 30mg Winny orals a day and some Heat. not likely ul get 4 kgs out that thou- but if yur diets spot on maybe

Hey thanks for the advice Mxt, I have not used eca before ,what is the effects that can be expirienced, you will probably have to take it not later than 4pm as it may disturb sleep?

i ussualy train in the mornings so I have an ECA and a Winny before training, then Eca a lucnh with a Winny and in the eve a winny again. It really is a "cutting" combo BUT if you play with your calories it really is a lean mass combo- youl pick up some muscle and drop of some Bodyfat. Take some Atrochoice for your joint does help cos afet about 3 weeks everything starts hurting a bit. Also good for strenght gains. Gues thats as good as your gonna get for a R500 lean mass oral cycle. I dont pct when do this but as always is reccomended. kessar for two weeks starting last day of Pills at 40mg per day for a week and then 20mg a day for 7 days. Will help a bit and should lean you out even more. Depeneds on ur body- i dont shut down that easy.....well exept on Deca combined with Anapolyn- jeez instant girl status

Im gona give that cycle a try. As i mentioned early I have done a winnie only cycle and I responded well so im sure this cycle will work well.
