Only in Week 3 . I feel my stregth increasing a lil bit this week.

I have taken the PGW Equi 350 before .. Its works great!!

So far so good.!!

OK so it its week 7 now..

Feeling great, and training like a machine.

I can see more muscle definition forming and muscle quality.

I have lost around 1-2kg , but that was prob due to food poisoning and tonsillitis.
(I was off for 2 weeks)

I am sitting on 81.5kg now (was +-)84... Eating as clean as I can. Trying to get back what ever I lost .

I will defiantly be doing this cycle again in the future. Will keep you all updated near the end of the cycle.

@ Acid Kid: Bummer that you lost weight, sucks to get sick, but have you put on weight since the start of the cycle?

How much weight per week?

I'm starting a similar cycle on Monday, except that I will aslo be using 300mg test en a week, and using anavar instead of winstrol (both DHT).

You say you used the PGW equi 350 before, how long did u run it (weeks)?
What were those gains like?
How much of the gains were you able to hold onto?

@ anyone, In the past, using sust & Dianabol (12 weeks, I gained approx 1kg per week. I would expect to gain 250g - 500g per week on this type of cycle (minimum)
Is this realistic?
Should I expect more?

No I have not put on much weight since the start of the cycle. I lost 1-2kg , I have managed to get back around 1kg since then. With Equi you don’t gain a lot of weight. more muscle quality than anything else. The Equi is only starting to work now ,takes a while before it kicks in..

Last time I ran Equi by itself and only managed to pick up 2-3 kg after 10 weeks. I kept nearly all my gains.

I recon with the cycle I am on now I wont see too much of a weight increase, but more quality and cutting….

Yeah read that..They all say the same

"Typically, people use this compound for at least 10 weeks of a cycle, and 12 is often preferred as the weight and strength gains often come very slowly from EQ."

Seems everything is going right.. going to have to wait till week 10

Update:

Cycle going strong.. But I have noticed my weight is going up and down like hell. Always jumping from 80kg to 83kg.

Week 9

Started the Anavar today a 30mg/day.

Weight is constant now . Sitting on 82 kg. Rekon I lost a bit of body fat as well.

So far so good. Feeling strong like bull and like the results I am seen.
