Hey guys
Ordered some kessar, but out of stock for now. Have proviron. Will the proviron be adequate in preventing gynaecomastia for my first cycle?

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

What is you first cycle composed of? Depends on how quickly and severely the compounds aromatise i.e I would not recommend Proviron for D-Bol for instance as that converts quite crazy if not checked or you may get away with it, but at a really high dose. What you can try as well is, if you are in a real bind, get some Nicotine gum as Nicotine also combats estrogen levels (this is on advice of Anthony Roberts and have not reaserched the facts yet) Maybe I can get some confirmation here around that?

Nicotine DOES have an anti-oestrogenic effect, but to what extent compared to a drug like Tamoxifene, I don't know. But definitely not as strong.....
Use some broccoli in your diet, but LOTS of it - natural oestrogen suppressor. You can supplement with Crysin-X.
As Netro said - it all depends on how much of what for how long you are going to use it....
Proviron does help with oestrogen control, but it is not primarily intended for that sole purpose - Nolvadex and Arimidex are designed for that.

Well it should not replace the real thing, but if you in a bind and need some e control then that may be an option, but I would not advise you use that to replace kessar etc during or post cycle.
