Next Cycle

I’m a 54 year old male. Just completed my first cycle of: Test C & Anavar and got amazing tesults. Put on about 3Kg of muscle and very ripped. 

Test C - 300mg per week
40 mg of Anavar for 6 weeks
0,5 ml of HcG every second day

What would you recommend for my next cycle and how long should I wait? Was thinking of Test  & Deca. Want to pack on more lean muscle. Don’t like side effects of Tren & Disnabol. 




 

I'd go with Equipoise instead of Deca. Both will give you good lean muscle gains, but deca is very suppressive on natural testosterone production and

Hormonal recovery post cycle can be notably harder and take longer, particularly for older guys. Also more chance of gyno and more retention on cycle.

Time on cycle + time on PCT = Minimum time off cycle.

What dosages would you recommend for Equipose?
I like Test C, responds well to it. 300mg a week works well for me. No side effects. I also keep my cycles to 6 weeks. Limits side effects.

Because I use HcG while on Cycle, as per Dr. No need for PCT. No issues with shrinkage of balls and sex drive.

Is it then OK to just use EQ & TestC for a 6 week Cycle?

Testosterone and equi live in the same family. They have similar characteristics and will drive up blood viscosity.

Rather use a dht derivative such as primo or masteron.

6 weeks on cycle is a waste of time when using long esters. 16 weeks is where you want to be..

Start at 5mg per kg for 4 weeks 7mg per kg for 4 weeks. Then at 8 weeks go up to 10mg per kg for 8 weeks. Do not exceed 3mg per kg of Testosterone.
