Decca ,equi and test 500 with winstrol advice

Hi guys I started my first cycle on the following 
equipoise 320,test 500 ,nandrojet 300 and 15mg winstrol 

I am currently taking 1ml of all 3 in one syringe and can see mad power and gains 

Please advise if this is the right course to be on and are all of those hormones in the correct dosage ?

I feel invincible and getting alot of pimples on my head and palms 

I am training 5 times a week and hard 

Will this course make me loose my belly fat ? 
Also after this course will I shrink from the size I am gaining .

To be honest it wouldn't be a course i would prescibe to people.

Testosterone and equipose are both from the Testosterone family and both have very similar characteristics. Both convert to estrogen, although equi does convert less than test.

You have given us 0 stats about you, weight, height, age calorie intake, macro split. Nothing.

And no, steroids do not make you loose body fat, eating less and moving more and putting on muscle makes you loose body fat.

And yes you will loose size when you come off as you are using very water retentive compounds. Nandrolone is well known for causing cellular swelling from increase water retention, that also spills over to joints and where ever there is fat  water is an issue. Also when you are using more test than 3mg per kg, estrogenic side effects creep up and estrogen makes you retain water. 

So looking at this cycle, and side effects like increased acne, you would have water and estrogen issues as well as androgen issues causing the acne. Would be interesting to know what your blood pressure is on this cycle especially if you have higher levels of body fat.

Idk what's my calorie intake and macro split
's better if just take test 500 with winstrol for 10 weeks and then after on my second cycle take equipoise with Decca or vise versa

So 85kg x 3 is roughly 250mg. So I would be doing half a ml of test 500 per week.. winstrol for 10 weeks is going to fuck your joints up. So no..not a good idea. Do some reading up on all the posts I've done on this forum and you will have a better understanding it's not about MLS etc..it's about mgs Per kg.

Well I suggest you start tracking and measuring your food intake..

It's like saying I want to save money but you aren't looking at your bank account or investing in the right long term investments and wondering why there is no performance. You need data to see where you are going wrong and where you can perform better.
