New Cycle Questions/Advice/input

Hi All,

Trust everyone is well and on track with their gains this year

I'm in the process of planning a new cycle and would like some advice/input on the below:

Stats about me:
Height: 187cm
Weight: 92kg
Age: 26
Body Fat: 12%
Years Training: 7
Previous Cycle's run: 2

Previous Cycle's Details:
Cycle 1 - Beginner Bulk (10 Week Cycle, 1-4 Dbol @ 40mg P/D ; 1-10 Test Cyp @ 500mg P/W; Followed by PCT #1)
Cycle 2 - 12 Week Cycle 1-4 Dbol @40mg P/D, 1-12 Test Prop @ 450mg P/W, 1 -8 EQ, Followed by PCT #2

Im not looking for any comments on my previous cycle's, I ran both cycles with supervision of a medical professional with bloods being done and was happy with results I received on both cycles. Looking back at them I now would have maybe done things slightly differently, However the past is the past and we can only learn from it in order to improve going forward.

Following the end of my last cycle I decided to have a break from using compounds and decided to venture out the "Natural" route, during this time of being off compounds I managed to get my diet 100% and discover various new training routines/methods that my body adapted well to.

I have not used compounds since the end of my last cycle in 2019 and therefore been off for about 15 months now. I have finally gained an understanding of my body, what foods, diet, supplements etc. it responds well to and therefore have decided to hop back on another cycle.

Proposed New Cycle:
Cycle Duration: 12 Weeks
Week 1- 4 = DBOL @ 40mg p/d
Week 1 - 12 = Test Cyp @ 400mg P/W
Week 8- 12 = Winstrol @ 50mg P/W

PCT – I plan to run PCT 1

Question/ Advice/ Input:

1.Should I start the Winstrol in the last 4 weeks of cycle or should I rather Introduce Winstrol as a bridge between coming off Test Cyp and starting PCT ?
-I know due to Test Cyp being used PCT should start 36 days after last injection, would it be beneficial to me rather run the Winstrol in that 36 day window or should I stick with what I have planned and run the winstrol in the last 4 weeks of cycle and be completely off compounds for the 36 day window leading up to PCT?

2.Would PCT #1 be sufficient for this cycle ?

1: I'll use the Winstrol between the main cycle and start of PCT.

2: Use PCT No 2 or alternatively run HCG between the main cycle and start of PCT No 1. In other words, add HCG.

In terms of HCG, I found this to be topic of everyone having a different opinion about. Most will say run during cycle, others will say run during PCT.

If I were to run as you are suggesting what are my options here.

Option 1 - Make use of PCT 2, no HCG on cycle and use of HCG during PCT as set out in PCT 2

Option 2 - Make use of HCG during Bridge period and then follow PCT 1

Ideally Option 1 sounds better and would rather go with this if advised ?

Yes, the use of HCG during cycle or during PCT or between cycle and PCT has been debated allot and my personal experience is that there is no single method that is far superior and it rather comes down to the individual's response and specific cycle. For highly suppressive cycles HCG during cycle and possibly also between cycle and PCT will be better, but for your cycle it will make little difference. Use the method you prefer, but for your cycle I'll add it somewhere in the end of the cycle, so between the cycle and PCT 1 or during PCT as per PCT No 2.

In other words:

For cycles with very high doses or highly suppressive compounds (Nandrolone, Trenbolone) I'll add HCG during the cycle to prevent severe shutdown as that makes PCT less likely to be effective. At the end of the cycle I'll judge from experience how severely I'm shutdown and use HCG again leading up to PCT if necessary. Important thing to note is that I prefer low HCG doses (250iu EOD or E3D) to avoid side-effects.

For mild cycles where I'm not shutdown badly I'll just use HCG before or during PCT.

I'm currently on 400mg Test C as well and it's not very suppressive for me, so I'll use HCG before PCT. You could be different, so that's where experience comes into play. Continually judge your progress and make adjustments as necessary, just don't make radical changes quickly and give time between adjustments to see what happens.
