Long time lurker here
Need a bit of insight for my cycle but first a bit of background
Used to be addicted to gym, last 2 years have been a an unhealthy lifestyle in general
mostly due to workload, pvt work after hours and then studying as well.
Start of 2020 I got back in the gym
Age 32
Stats @ start
127kg
25% bf
Fairly active
Cardio in the mornings, hard weights 3 x times per week.
Current stats as of this weekend
121kg
19% bf
Same activity level, intensity went up a lot though
Got test cyp 3 weeks back
on 250mg p/w
Using arimidex @ 0.5 every other day to help with water retention
Started on Anavarbol from keifei this week @ 20mg @ 8hour intervals.
Diet consists of mostly chicken / ostrich / fish / Avo / fat free cottage cheese / oats / brown rice / salads / veggies / fruits
Split is Prot - 40% / Carbs - 40 % / Fat - 20%
When carb cycling , which is mostly non gym days
the split is
Prot - 45% / Carbs - 20% / Fat - 35%
Supplement intake
Vit D3
Milk Thistle
One Cycle support
Creatine
Flaxeed Oil x 3 daily
Apple cider vinegar x 2 daily
BP before starting to train jumped around from 140 - 150 / 80 - 90
Came down to low 130's / 80 - 85
This morning blood pressure shot up to 170 / 95
Now coming down again to 140's / 80's
Might be due to carb cycling at the moment and the higher prot and fat are putting a strain on my body?
Currently semi-nauseous
Any advice would be appreciated
Past cycles although a long while back consist of dianabol - test - tren

Tried lancet and ampath to ask them for the forms before hand.
Both got back to me and just told me they don't give them before hand anymore.
On a side note, how do I send a pvt message

Hint, advice suggests a lot of reading lol.
Also don’t just start pct immediately after dropping test, wait for it to clear as you would when completing a Cycle.

Var does have an effect on my BP for some reason. Im extremely lean tho 8% bdf when im in minor caloric surplus. So it could be that.
I dont believe in doing the whole treat side effects of meds with more meds or drugs. but maybe use water pills. could help and i say it again COULDDDDD!!!
Maybe decrease protein intake of fast absorbtion rate. like red meats etc.
OR ...
Do the opposite. drop the var and drink more water. either one COULD WORK!!! i used to do this as a kid with hypertension due to ritalin and stuff my parents stuffed me with

I'd just drop the carbs a bit more.... or drop it totally for 2-3 weeks.
Drop the variable - Anavar, AI.

Getting bloods done early next week and take it from there, I felt great on test alone.
Now, slightly flu like symptoms. (Maybe actually have flu)
After bloods are good, the plan is to introduce var again and see how I take it
If all is good from there on, i'll up the dosage to 500mg of test per week.
Looking to do a total of around 12 weeks
Diet is currently very consistent
Eating around 2500 calories to be in deficit of around 20% of my BMR
Will decide the course of action after my bloods come back and with input from forum members as well.
Thanks for the advice so far guys

Thank you

It stores in the fatty tissue, will take a bit of time. If I ever overcook an aromatising inhibitor I get sick, every time. Its something you need to run for awhile and then get bloods and then adjust until you workout what dose you actually need. It's only taken me 20 years to workout the 'medical' dose I need
