2 questions, did use the search function but didn’t get a lot of info on PGW eca.
Has anyone recently used PGW ECA and results?
How do I dose and time of dosing?
Thanks

Think I will use this thread to make a proper log with dosages, body weight, body fat and general symptoms I experienced.
Keep grinding

First week done,
Age 31
Starting weight - 96.4kg 30/03/2019
Height - 186cm
BF - didn’t officially measure but definitely between 16-20%
Eating well below maintenance calories
Taking single dosage fasted in the am, first food an hour after taking.
Weigh in this morning 95.1kg 05/04/2019
Side effects - none except the first morning I took it felt a bit hotter than normal, could be the fact that someone pissed me off?
Will run single dosage for first four weeks and then for 2 weeks do 1 in am and another dosage at 12:00pm.
Previous stats 95kg bf below 10%. ( About a 18 months ago)
I haven’t been in good nick for the last year regarding diet, gym and fitness overall. My goal is to get as close to the 10% bf mark and then to do a basic Test cycle and to take it from there!
I’m back, and I fucking love it!

Week 2 update
Weight down to 94.6kg
No negative side effects that I can speak off, except for the dry mouth and some stomach cramps but nothing worth worrying about. Diet has been good this week only had 3 gym sessions this week. Doesn’t feel as if the ECA is giving me a shit load more energy, but definitely better than when not taking. Something worth mentioning is the fact that it helps a lot with appetite suppression, I’m eating well below maintenance and I feel it really helps with the cravings.
Have a good day.

How is your mood and attitude? How are you feeling with the calorie deficit?
How is the weight loss going with regards to your perception of muscle vs fat loss, are you happy with the ratios?

I've been wanting to cycle for a few months but had to hold back due to some stress. In the process I've gained some fat and neglected my training. I now plan on getting back on the horse and dropping my body fat with a fat burner and more specifically the same one in use.
I'm also very interested in knowing if there was any irritability when using? I know generally eca gets people edgy and irritable. If that's the case I might have to give this a miss and consider mhr instead

Melanotan works well for fat loss.

Will definitely look into it though. As the sides from the oral fat burners are what's keeping me from using them. Don't think it would be a good idea for me to become irritable or edgy with the way I've been the last few months. Rather safe than sorry

Probably one of the best you can use if you want to pin is victoza, but you need to really get the dose up. There is also a generic around / well something that works similar to dapagliflozin but in an injectable and about half the price of victoza.
