LGD 4033 and MK 677 was created by ShowOut
Hi guys

Need some guidance.

Thinking of running LGD 4033 and MK 677 for 8 weeks
PCT Nolva for 6 weeks

33 years
77kg
1.77m
BF 18%

Diet hasn't been good but will clean it up - aiming to eat around 2300 cals
Training 3-4 a week depending on schedule

Aim is to put on lean muscle - not necessarily bulk.
How does this look?

Thanks in advance

What brands do you have?

Post your diet and workout and I can and wil help you. But I am not going to spoonfeed you.

How do you track Calories?

Thank you Rooibull.

Currently tracking everything I eat on MyFitnessPal.
Its made me realise how I have a tendency to undercut when busy.

Breakfast
50g Oats
Protein Shake
Banana

Snack 1
Can of Tuna
2 slices of wholewheat bread
tablespoon of mayo

Lunch 1
Chicken breast
Sweet Potato
Green beans

Lunch 2
Lean Mince
Basmati Rice
Mixed Veg

Snack2
Protein shake
Banana

Dinner
Fish/Chicken/Steak
Salad (baby spinach/tomato/onion)

works out to approx 2210 cals (C: 213g P: 180g F: 80g)

In terms of my workout, I see a personal trainer 4 times a week - split is normally
chest and tri
back and bi
rest
legs
shoulders and back

Diet looks ok not bad but not great. If you are not looking to be like a cover model or step on stage then your diet should get you there over time.

Workouts look good. How many sets and reps do you do? Do you do cardio?

Then your SARMs what brand do you have or are you lpoking at getting?

It is on you. It always has been...

Appreciate the reply Rooi

Absolutely no ambition of stepping on stage. That said, do you think think I should increase the calories? I've read LGD 4033 works better in a calorie surplus diet?
Without "spoon-feeding", are there any immediate fixes you can recommend to the diet?

Pretty happy with the workouts, normally 4 sets and rep ranges 8-12.
I hardly do cardio. Do play golf twice a week (which i realise hardly constitutes cardio).
But will do cardio 2-3 a week if i up the calories.

I am still looking to get - LP seems the brand to go for. Does the stack look okay?
Thinking dosages of 20mg MK 677 daily (before bed) and 10mg LGD 4033 mornings

Nothing wrong with the stack. LP is good very reliable and trusted. Their MK677 is 15mg per capsule so just pop one about an hour pre bed. LGD 10mg in the morning as soon as you wake up.

I will look at your calorie needs Sunday afternoon. For quality lean muscle gain you want minimal fat gain so calculate your maintenance calories based on your current stats and planned acticity level just be very honest with your activity level. Add 500 to 600 calories to your maintenance but this has to be quality calories. I would just reduce the mayo to no more than two teaspoons. When you mention your goal and put it like you just did then your diet is a good gym rat diet you will do good on it just stick to it an be patient. Also recalculate and adjust every 4weeks or so.

For workouts warm up for 10mins prior to every workout. Your goal should be to get you heart rate up and start your weights with blood flowing and heart rate up.

Do 4 sets reps:15;12;10;8 or ad a 5th set with set number 1 being only to warm up the muscle get you in the zone for the movement and set up the mind muscle connection but focus on the lift and muscle you are working do not just simply do the movement

It is on you. It always has been...
