My 2nd REAL Cycle!

I'm a long time lurker, & info-seeker here on the forum. This is my first thread so I'm buzzing to get quality responses and just to finally be a participating member of the anabolic community!
Stats:
- 25y/o
- 78kgs
- 1.78m
- 9% body fat (last checked final week of May 2016)
- Weight training since 2011 from semi-pro footie background
Prev "cycles":
- 5wks 20mg/d Axio T-bol only
- 6wks 60mg/d LP Anavar only
Prev REAL 1st Cycle:
- WK 1-12 250mg/w Organon Sus250
- Wk 7-12 Proviron 20mg/d
- Wk 7-12 Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
- PCT - Clomid & Nolva
* Great gains here, my body literally transformed so I'm an avid Sus250 supporter, but hate the ups and downs I got from the esters.
Nutrition:
Generally eat clean with a Paleo-based diet from CrossFit which was started in 2011. I eat 2500-3000 cals a day but when on gear looking to get in the 3500-4000 cals range as I want to lean bulk. I have been researching the Mediterranean diet as well as vegan diets to come up with a balanced medium during my next cycle (I love my meat man!). The main aim is to cut out processed/tinned/canned foods and eat from the earth with white meats(chicken/fish), limited red meats to once a week. Go crazy with my "holy trinity" of sweet potato, spinach & eggs. Adding in more beans, seeds and nuts.
Supplements:
Nutritec Only
- Vitamin C
- Omegas 3-6-9
- Creatine Mono
- BCAA's
- Whey Protein
Training schedule:
- 4/5 times/wk
- Weekend session: HIIT+Calisthenics
- Day #1: legs/forearms
- Day #2: chest/tri's
- Day #3: back/bi's
- Day #4: shoulders
*Rep ranges (6/8/10/12/15/21)
* AMRAP's for time
* Supersets
* Drop sets
* High rep medium/light
* Low rep heavy
* Cardio doesn't feature whatsoever
Cycle Plan:
• Week 1-12 PGW Test Cyp250 @500mg split 2x/WK
• Week 1-4 LP Dbol10 @20mg preworkout ED
• Week 7-12 Proviron @20mg ED
• Week 5-12 Arimidex @.5mg ED
*NB: I'm seriously thinking of throwing in some igf-1 LR3 for 4/5 weeks @50mcg's split bi-laterally(3 days/WK) post workout ONLY from Week 6/7-10. Idea is to reap the benefits of muscle proliferation while in a high anabolic state & protein synthesis thru the Test to mature the new muscle cells as well as lean out me out.
PCT:
Week 14-15 Clomid 50/50
Week 16-18 Nolva 40/40/20
Questions:
1. How does this cycle look for solid lean gains of about +-10-14kgs?
2. Should I up Test to achieve this growth?
3. Should I throw in some HCG @250iu 2x/WK from week 7/8-12?
4. Igf-1 LR3 reverses testicular atrophy & recovers natty Test production so will HCG be necessary? ( igf1.blogspot.co.za )
5. Any other suggestions/advise you gents have will be more than welcomed!
Shot,
L.Ruger :thumbup:

Maybe consider Turinabol for your Kicker, rather then D-bol. just my opinion. T-bol not as harsh on your system! and i'd also add in HCG to your cycle..
Love what you are saying regarding your nutrition.. Organic and raw is the way of the future man! We all say we are eating clean.. but are we really?? If we are eating non organic, non free range foods etc, turns out that's not so "clean anymore" Your gains are gonna shoot through the roof if you make some of those points you mention, your goals... just do it slowly and think of it this way... if you try and jump to the top of a flight of stairs in one leap you will probably hurt yourself and fall back down. one step at a time and suddenly you are at the top. Transition at a pace you can maintain and sustain.
If you gonna get into the organic veggies and grains.. just remember raw is always the best choice!
Good stuff! all the best bud! all the oaks will help you on this forum! Please ask any questions regarding your nutritional goals.. i'm doing this whole organic - free range stuff and it's paying off in a HUGE way!

Week 1 – 6 = Tbol Kickstart @ 40mg ED
Week 13 – 18 = Anavar at 40mg ED
Week 19 - 23 = PCT 1 as per the sample cycles
HCG from week 5 @ 500iu weekly

Bro, thank you for the healthy response, I appreciate it!
I will include HCG as you've suggested and in light of the T-bol, I loved it and saw some great lean gains on the stuff ALONE, so will be replacing the Dbol with Tbol.
Question: when it comes to your organic diet, can you tell me a little bit more of your nutritional meal breakdown? Maybe if you've posted it somewhere on the site I can get the link and have a squizz brother! Shot again for the in depth response.
@Spazzz
Thanks for chiming in brother, love your cycle! Will you be logging it on here if you haven't started it already. I think tbol for my goals is more sustainable and the minimal H20 retention is extremely favourable! Thanks again for the warm welcome here.

You what mate?
There is nothing wrong with the principles of the Paleo mentality, the problem I foresee with bodybuilders is getting the sheer amount of calories down. If you can manage that in the macro's you want, that's great. As for organic, always preferable, but the shops can't always guarantee what the packaging says, also really expensive.
Not sure what CrossFit has to do with anything?

:
Get the Omega 6 & 9 supplements the fkkk out of there, it disrupts the entire point of supplementing with extra Omega's.
Can I ask about the Nutritech loyalty? Not criticizing, I trust their sports supplements myself.
Other than that I agree with what's said above my the other members.
Wishing you sweet gains for your cycle mate.

Did you start off very skinny? 10-14kg gain sounds a bit optimistic considering your current weight and training history, but it looks like you're approaching things properly. Just make sure you're eating enough. Good luck!

Thank you for the hearty welcome.
Yeah, I started off weighing in at a measly 64kgs but that's because I played soccer 5 days a week.
I gained a fantastic 15kgs on Sustanon 250 @500mg p/w ONLY for 12 weeks & kept 12kgs post PCT. Gained a couple kgs natty during that time last year.
I plan on focusing more on caloric intake & volume training to get as close to or even superceded my goal of 10-14kgs.

LexRuger.. i'm sorry for the late reply my bud.. just been a little crazy!
At the moment i am incorporating hemp powder, chia seeds, natural nuts, red kidney beans, black beans, lentils, chick peas, brown and wild rice and rolled oats into my daily nutritional intake.
I buy organic swiss chard, kale, sweet potatoes, broccoli and blend them all raw. add one spoon of organic 3,6,9 combo.
I measure out 120g kale or swiss chard, 340g sweet potatoes and 120g Broccoli.. that makes two shakes and i have one at 9;30am and 1 at 4pm. this is over and above my 6 other meals i have in the day.
I only buy free range eggs and have 6 whites for breakfast with avo and raw tomato. nothing added at all. just plain.. no salt no pepper nothing. my fruit choices at the moment are grape fruits, pineapple and pomegranates, when i can find them.
i eat a lot ostrich and trout.. sometimes chicken breasts but only free range. I only use organic coconut oil and a very little olive oil. i do not drink alcohol at all and don't smoke.
it's VERY expensive and time consuming to eat this way. so if you are keen just be prepared.
if you are really interested.. have a look at this site.. their products are freaking insane!

Hope this helps you.
All the best bud!
Ron
