Hi guys! This forum is honestly a revelation, big ups, learnt and still learning loads.
Its been a month since ive finished my pct , and im itching to get back on. Strength and weight still up surprisingly. Stats : Age -26 / weight - 93kgs / 10 years training (on/off) / bf: 20%

My question is should i start an hgh cycle, running 5iu (5 on 2 off) for 6 months. or is it a waste of time at 26?Or wait 2 months Equipoise powerhouse cycle a better option? will probley cost the same, obvouisly the AAS cycle going to have more results. I think im just itching to try hgh :woohoo:

HGH only wont do much for you at your age. However the combination of HGH and a solid cycle will give you good results.

But................... if I was 26 and not competing, I wouldn't even look at HGH until I reach 35+

20% BF isn't great for a cycle - generally preferred to be lower than 14%. Maybe something to work towards while you wait to start your next cycle?

Also 3 months off between cycles is hardly any time off. Your body needs time to recover, your natural test levels need to get back up to where they were previously and your body needs to realise that it still needs to do it's work and produce your hormones and such.
It is advised that time on cycle = time off cycle. So if your entire cycle (from day 1 until the last day of PCT) is say 5 months, then you take 5 months off before your next cycle :)

Perhaps share your cycle history as well as your goals and you could maybe get some suggestions from others then.

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Thanks oupa and psyclown. I've been working on lowering my bf before my next cycle, was down 15% before christmas session, then it all went to south again :) The my reason for using is ive always been passionate about training, even started aas at 17 for rugby (test prop/enanthate/sus). Then been training on and off for years, but for the last year ive made a real commitment to my training, no alchohol/recreational drugs (apart from weed, best preworkout for me fullstop  ) I dont mind waiting until my next cycle, just means i can focus more on training and diet. But i would like to plan a beastly 12 week cycle because my normal cycles run between 1 and 2 month (newbie i know). Thanks again guys

It actually might be, interested to know what the long term affects would be on my body?
I find that i am very focused, take less breaks and have workouts comparable to a strong preworkout (jacked/superpump) , as for eating i do intermittent fasting so im never 'stoned' when i eat. Also i only smoke
before training so its about 4 times a week. thanks for the input lobo, will seriously consider cutting it out

I suggest you stop talking about weed... This isn't the place for that.

@ Hiroich - Last warning then you will be banned

8. This is NOT a forum for the discussion of recreational drugs.

If you are into recreational drugs (coke, ecstacy, etc..), that is your personal choice. However, most of us here are pursuing a lifestyle where we are trying to better ourselves... not destroy ourselves. Recreational drugs have no place in the bodybuilding lifestyle. There will be some leeway for serious, informative questions regarding AAS usage and recreational drugs such as marijuana, but the line is very thin and shall not be taken advantage of. Keep the questions limited regarding recreational drugs and moderators will delete any post they feel is taking it too far. A first warning will be given, but continuous discussions of recreational drugs will result in a permanent membership ban.
