USteroids HGH I'd go with 4IU/day. 40mg var for 2 months and then see how things are. Test dose depends on what you want from it.

The test would really just be there to prevent gyno. I don't want to bulk are too much strength and place more train on the tendons. Don't need the tearing again. Ever!!!

Ive also had an ACL injury and Surgery recently , done at Bio and she said I have to bulk muscle now but my legs are heavy stubborn, I can squat 220kg and press 200kg easy now on legs but it doesn't look like they got bigger, stil have some pains now and then but it seems to me like I'm getting nowhere.

I was condidering hGH and deca but for how long and what quantities? And will it actually really help?

As Oupa said, time and a few cycles. Be careful not to push your legs too hard, squatting and pressing big weights is great until you injure yourself again. Rather lower the weight and go through the full range of motion and do more reps while focusing on good form. That's just from an injury standpoint.

Kicking is dangerous because you'll be relying on ligaments and tendons to stop your leg from overextending or twisting and then when they are about to do their job - you kick the bag and it stops your leg moving anyway. So it's definitely something to stay away from for a while until you are fully recovered. I hope you heal up soon...

@ PraetoriusXII: No disrespect bud, but if you don't look after that injury, steroids wont help. It can help you heal, but it definitely wont fix damage prior to recovery. You have to take it easy and respect the rehab. I know its very frustrating as I am also in rehab phase after tendon-repair surgery.

Goodluck!

Thanks mate will take it easy for now I though that I was doing good in recovery up to now... I guess not.... luckily not taking anything now, when they say gH helps tendons do they actually mean that they rebuil or make new attachment fibres or make them thicker, stronger?

HGH isn't a special tendon repair tool, it only enhance the body's natural healing process. That's why your main priority should by rehab and recovery according to a layout plan. Use the HGH and Anavar as a bonus. Works excellent for me while going through my rehab phase. I am four weeks in after tendon and meniscus repair surgery and I am feeling great.

Regarding tendons, you can also ask your doc about PRP (PLATELET-RICH injection), the best treatment money can buy for tendon injury. They inject your own blood into your damage tendon which speeds up recovery as tendons don't have natural bloodflow for healing.
