I am new to the site and gear arena. I am 40 year old male, around 18% body fat and weigh 112Kg. I have normal "heavy" muscle mass and heavy bone structure.
Been training ....I forget probably 10 years? Diet good and training 4-5 times per week.
I am planning to take a 12 week Test E cycle only, because I don't want to add Dianabol (blood pressure issues) and normal "test boosters" is just a waste of money in my opinion.
I would appreciate your advise on the following cycle:
Week 1 - 12: 500mg Test E per week (Arimidex on hand as AI)
Week 13 : 250iU Hcg
Week 14 : 500iU Hcg
Week 15 : 500iU Hcg
Week 16-19 : Nolvadex and Clomid (Nolva 70\35\35\35) & (Clomid 40/20/20/20).
Your BF % is a bit on the high end to cycle in my opinion.
I also think 500mg a week is overkill. You'd only need 300mg / week.
You could front load with LP Turinabol if you like at 40mg / day split dose for 4 weeks. awesome front load in my opinion.
You should also add HCG during this cycle at around week 5. and don't include it in you PCT.
You could also look to add Anavar or winnie?

No your Nolvadex and Clomid dosages are out. Go to the top of the page click on articles clikc on information click on PCT read PCT 1
What Brand Test E can you get and what is the dosage per 1ml?
As Ron said Run HCG while on cycle From week 3/4 as 250iu twice a week.
The Test E only Cycle is no problem but I would add Proviron it is a great addition to Testosterone it lowers SHBG and frees up more test for your body to use to do the good stuff you want it to do and it also lower Estrogen and it's side effets slightly.
