1st Cycle Advice!

I want to start with my 1st cycle shortly. I have done years of research and decided to do this basic cycle to see how my body reacts. Im 34, 82 kg, and 1.84m and healthy. Diet is sorted the last few months, and dont use alcohol. I have been training hard 5 days a week. I want to add some lean muscle with definition, hence why I decided on this cycle. Need some advice, especially with taking an AI (Arimedex), as I know I am prone to estrogen conversion. My AI and PCT are phamaceutical grade, and the Testoviron is from Bayer. Allready bough all the products

•Week 1-12 Testonviron 250mg per week
•Week 7-12 Winstrol 30mg every other day
•Week 13-16 Nothing (waiting period for starting with PCT)
•Week 17-20 PCT 1 as per this site (Clomid and Nolva)

Questions:

1 - Should I take the Arimedex (0.5mg)ED, EOD or only when symptons of gyno creep up? And is 0.5mg enough?
2 - What if gyno symptons start in the waiting period? Should I then start PCT?
3 - Is this the correct approach? I want to do it in the safest way possible

Should I experience the gyno side effects, what Arimedex dosage would you recommend?

I want to be very cautious as I get nipple itches and sensitivity from taking off-the-shelf testo boosters some 3 months ago.. and it comes and goes to this day..

What Arimedex product do you have?

I have Arimidex anastrozole made by AstraZeneca

That's going to be a bitch to split those 1mg tabs in 0.5mg (half).

0.5mg E2D or even E3D should sort you out.

Managed to split then pretty accurately using a steak knife

In your opinion - is the HCG a must have? I have all my stuff sorted but not the HCG. Will it be a problem if I dont include this s well?

Yes it is, but you can start week 4 or 5 with the HCG.

In my 3rd week running the 500mg test as you suggested, with .5mg Adex EOD. So far no sides, and can see the pump and size comming on.

Whanted to check.. can I swop the Winny for Anavar, and what dosage.. I read that this is rather safer?

Do 250iu twice a week.

Thx man - i currently do test on Sundays and Wednesdays.. should I use the same time or maybe a monday and Thursday? doed it matter
