Namaste's cycle dilemma was created by Namaste
Hey chaps
I am on cycle , taking testocyp 250 every 4 days. I started my cycle on the 23 July.
For the first 4 weeks I front loaded with tbol. I was to continue with the test cyp until October 7th.Thereafter I planned to bridge winny until I start my Pct. My body took really well to the Tbol and was going to do a detailed write up and cycle log at the end.
Here Is my dilemma. About 2 weeks ago I started feeling really ill and experiencing immense pain on my scalp and shoulders. Turns out I have shingles. I had grape sized blisters on the back of my head and ear , I have never experienced so much pain and discomfort from an illness before. Straight up the doctor asked if I was on steroids , to which I admitted the truth. He said the course had weakened my immune system for one , and secondly was making the shingles virus thrive. He suggested I stop straight away which I did (anything to feel better at that point ).
My last pin was on Saturday the 19th September. 9 days ago. I am feeling a bit better at the moment , still rather lethargic and slightly painful but the blisters have gone and its started scabbing.I want to start training again this week to keep up my gains for December holidays. (Its no longer contagious for anyone concerned )
Do the more experienced suggest I continue with my last 2 pins from now , and still do the bridge thereafter or start with the bridge now for the next 3 weeks or just call it quits and just do my PCT of Nolva and Clomid 28 days from last pin ?
Your input would be appreciated.

Hi Namaste,
Sorry to hear brother. I don't have the experience to answer your question, but just a comment from my own experience, I guess it really just highlights the importance of focusing on getting the right micronutrients in. I used to focus solely on macros and neglected the need to ensure my internal environment was optimal for protein synthesis and overall health. Was regularly out sick from my immune system getting knocked due to the intensity of my training. As you know I followed the same cycle as you and I made sure before going into it that I had my micros planned out and was consistent in getting them in. That being said, I still lost a full 7 days out of my cycle because I got nailed with flu.
All the bes there man, let us know how it turns out.
