Dexter's first cycle was created by Dexter
So I received some solid advice from guys on here last year and followed it.

I'm finally at the stage where I am planning my first cycle. Test ordered so long and on its way. I will stock up on everything (incl PCT) over the next few weeks.

Stats:
Age: 31
Height: 186cm
Weight: 78
BF%: 11%
Training: 6 days per week. Sundays are family time.

Diet is keto while busy cutting. Very disciplined. Will be incorporating some oats, sweet potato and pasta when I start building to reach those calorie numbers.

Here is what I plan to do when I have everything together and lost like another 1BF%. Not rushing anything.

Week 1 - 13 - 400mg Test Cyp (Pinned twice a week)
Week 1 - 6 - Tbol 40mg (ED)

Week 19 - Clomid 100mg (Twice daily)
Week 20 - 24 - Nolva 20mg (ED)
Week 20 - 22 - HCG 500iu (EOD)

AI on hand throughout cycle

I have read up a lot over the last year and confident that I can get some nice gains out of this first cycle.
My goals are mainly aesthetics and of course strength.

I know 500mg test PW is the norm but, being my first cycle, I am slightly worried about side effects. So I would rather pin a week longer and have a slightly lower dose. Also the reason I'm opting TBol over DBol.
As a teen I was very prone to acne, especially on my back and arms. Do not want to go through that self conscious trip again.

I would rather run 3 or 4 cycles and make reasonable gains than try and get all my gains from my first cycle and run into sides I could have prevented or controlled better.

I was wondering about running Winny or Prop during my bridge period but being my first cycle I do not want to over complicate things. I also need to read up a bit more about HCG. Especially for running in from week 5 as suggested by many instead of only in PCT.

Any advice would be appreciated. Especially regarding AI and controlling sides.

Hey bud.

I'm 4 weeks into a very similar cycle. Experiencing great results and no negative sides at all. Go read my cycle log for input from the other members.

I personally don't agree with the lower test for a longer period. You'll be shutting down your natural production regardless and 500mg is still conservative. I've experienced no negative sides at all at 500mg.

I've absolutely loved the Tbol. No water retention and awesome strength gains. Glad I went this route instead of Dbol.

I suggest running your HCG from the week after Tbol ends right through your bridge to a couple days before PCT.

After asking the more experienced guys similar questions to you I opted to run winstrol as a bridge. I was looking for that extra kick before PCT and don't think it's overcomplicating things. Going to add in proviron to free up more testosterone.

In terms of AI, I'm using 3 drops of Letrozole EOD regardless of whether I picked up on negative sides or not. Like you, I was very skeptical about controlling sides and so opted to play safe as I was worried I might not recognise signs of gyno quick enough. Considering the compounds you're suggesting (tbol, winnie) and their profiles, you're on the safe side I think.

Good luck bro. You're going to enjoy the ride!

The difference in sides from 400mg vs 600mg is little and you will get much better gains from 600mg. The idea is to optimise.

Hi Kobra

Thanks for the info. I do remember reading parts of your thread a while ago and actually gathered some TBol info there. Will certainly pop back in there to see how things are going.

Are you getting any sides from the letro? I read it can be rather harsh (especially on joints) compared to Adex and ASin. Probably comes down to the dosage, hey?

Thanks Pyro.
I guess I will run 500mg PW then and even out my cycle to 12 weeks. Or get another Test Cyp and run it at 600mg for half a week longer.

Much appreciated for the advice and guidance.

I am somebody who loves to research extensively before jumping into something.

Hey Dexter

The only noticeable sides I'm experiencing is restless sleep on the odd occasion and pretty severe back pumps from the Tbol when squatting or deadlifting. But I've managed to sort the latter out with taurine.

At times this means I piss off my wife and I miss out on stuff like specials but if I'm not 100% sure I do not do something.

I'm about 95% there with my cycle and all the things that go with and after it.

Already have all the gear including PCT. Once I have everything set out and understand everything I will start my cycle.

If you are new to pinning then while you wait to start your cycle you can pin Vit B12 into the planned injection sites. That way you will have your injection method down when you pin oil, and you don't pin into virgin muscle.

That is really helpful advice.

I've read up and watched numerous videos on pinning but still slightly nervous to do the real thing.

Will get the wife to pick up Vit B12 from Dischem today or tomorrow and give it a shot.

1cc per week?

Hey bud. I was really nervous the first time as well. There's loads of TRT videos on YouTube that walk you through each step. Just take it slow, make sure everything is clean and try keep a steady hand. :) It found it to be quite enjoyable actually. Compared to the burn during a solid leg workout, pinning is a breeze! ;)

Yeah I'm not afraid of needles or anything so that makes it easier.

I also think the nervousness will be a good thing. Will force me to take it slow and pay attention to everything.

Damn it is difficult to get Vit B12 amps. Wife has tried Dischem and Clicks now. Neither of them sell it without a prescription. But they will gladly inject you without a prescription. Complete BS in my opinion.

Just picked up my Vit B12 and I also got Vit B Complex because I wasn't sure what the diff is.

Did read up that they are a bit different but that both can be used simultaneously.

Will it be stupid to inject both of these together in one pin?

And can I run this later while I am on cycle too? Any benefit/danger in doing so?

Will be doing my first pin tonight or tomorrow morning. Aiming for the glutes but because I will be pinning myself I might consider the upper outer thigh. Easier access.

Start out with the quad, you have a clear view, easy angles and you can sit down to be less tense.

There is no harm in continuing Vit-B shots, but why? On cycle you want to keep rotating injection sites so the more you have access to the better, why use up more pinning sites?

Which is why I asked.

Thanks for the advice.

I will pin quad and just to test it out before my cycle I will see how difficult the glute will be.

Asked wife if she would help but she is too afraid that she will fck it up that she flat out refused.

So I'm a lone ranger on this one.

I'm in the same boat bud. Haha. The most I could persuade her to do was pull the plunger back slightly to aspirate once I had gone in but after the first attempt she freaked out saying she's scared she's moving the needle so I've been left to my own devices ever since. :D

No worries mate. Unless you have Beriberi, mucous membrane or skin condition you probably don't need weekly Vit-B shots. A varied diet and a daily multivitamin with food is generally okay.

Ask your wife to watch you do the Vit-B shot. Just ask her to observe, explain the process to her and ask to hand you the plaster etc. No pressure, perhaps she will feel at ease after she sees you do it. If not, at least she theoretically learnt how to perform it.

If he adds the Vit B shots to his test injections he doesn't use more sites.

@Dexter: for your first couple of pins just leave the B-Complex alone. It's amazing stuff but kicks like an ostrich if you are new to pinning. FYI- Vit B12 contains Vit B12. Vit B-Co contains Vit B1,2.3&6. They are best used together (in your case later).

I definitely think the glutes are the smarter choice for a first time pinner but I am not going to explain this again.

Thanks for the info.

So I pinned just B12 tonight. Was painless and pretty easy.
Did go for the quad.

Wife also looked on and she says it looked pretty easy so she might reconsider her stance about helping me out later. No need though. Think a few more B12 pins and I will be confident enough to not feel nervous about the cycle.

Currently planning everything out on a spreadsheet and getting my TBols and Vitamins and Omega pills sorted in a pill organiser. Still need to stock up on more needles and syringes. Will pop into Dischem tomorrow for the insulin syringes and a pack of alcohol swabs.

Meanwhile the reading up continues.

Get your wife (and you) to practice on an orange. Texture is very similar.

When you do finally pin remember to always withdraw the plunger a little to make sure you're not in a blood vessel. If while withdrawing a little blood pops into the syringe pull the needle out slightly until no blood.

If you want to have a bad day, inject into a blood vessel - that could kill you. I'm not trying to put you off - but there is more to injections than simply poke and push.

Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.

Not putting me off at all. I appreciate the warnings and advice to go slow/practice/be careful.

I have watched so many videos and I am fully aware of the importance of aspirating.

Cheers
