Cutting cycle

Hey guys

I'm a new poster in fact at 42 years old, I've never posted before and be gentle as I'm not used to the protocols . I'm looking to do what most of us want that is to keep my hard earned gains whilst cutting (if lucky maybe grow some)

I'm currently weighing 118kg with a 18% BF

i would really appreciate your opinions on my current cycle ( started 2 months ago)which is;


I'm running RWC Tren and alpha Masterone and testorapid every second day and am taking one proviron and femera every evening as im prone to nipple sensitivity.
I've also just started GH at 2IU with morning and evening doses.

diet is carb cycling and pretty clean!

So let me know what you guys think

First, for effective carb cycling you need to align your training regime, is it sorted?
Maybe post the dosages you are running?
I'm not familiar with testorapid, care to elaborate?

my doses are 100mg of each EOD and letrozole 2,5mg and proviron 25mg and GH is 2iu x 2 a day.

Okie dokes. So the tren is acetate right? Pinning 300mg EOD must suck. You are certainly on the right gear for a cut, not familiar with the brands though, hopefully others can advise on the dosages.

Do you have a history of steroid use?

Solid cycle. Pinning 3ml EOD is perfect as you want to keep your blood plasma levels stable. However i like to pin my tren A daily @ 50mg - 80mg but then i add cabaser @ 0.5mg e3d.

What brand is your GH?
Although you are using letro, are you using anything else for possible prolactin sides?
How long have you been using the tren A? more than 8 weeks?

Where is your HCG weekly dosages? i normally only use hcg as PCT
Whats your previous cycle history? lots of dabbling and trusting gym mates never taken it properly though ,,trying now.
How long have you been training? all my life but very committed the last two years dropped from 133 kg with little muscle to now 118 with about 18%bf

Any health conditions? good health
Injuries? torn and repaired left bicep , right 2/3 partial pec tear wasnt repaired in time though :sick:

Tren and equi are 2 different beasts. First time tren user? You can totally manage a recomp on that gear and with your stats.
What Oupa is insinuating with the HCG, is that if you start it mid cycle, you don't need to do it in PCT. Testes have less time not producing anything.

@Furk i was using Equi to help with repairing shoulder joints etc that were feeling a bit ground down during the winter months now trying to dry out and shred for summer. not the first time on Tren just find it makes me feel very tight in the joints but really need its fat burning properties!

what do you and @Oupa recommend for HCG dosage and timing?

Equipose at 8 weeks is a total waist of money. You need 12 to 14 weeks.

We will chat in the morning brother and sort your shit out. Stay on your cycle as is also the GH. 2iu Nomand is not the same quality as pharma GH. 3iu nomand should be around the same as 2iu pharma.

At your age 42, HCG 500iu to 750iu per week. Split in 2 shots per week

Oh anf i forgot to tell you Oupa that i take one Ketotefin daily as well

2.5mg of letro daily is a lot Bud. I don't think you need half that amount. It's going to make you feel like SHIT!

Out of allergies? You didn't mention clenbuterol or salbutamol...

I agree with Rhino... that letro is a high dose bud. Aslo Furk has a point, are you on clen?

The story comes out in small parts. Are you in RSA? How did you even get ketotifen, or is it UG? If from a pharmacy, check the expiry date.

Not asking for sources, I use Diphenhydramine myself. Much cheaper IMO. As I understand it's not available in RSA anymore, so just advising our friend not to use old (and ineffective) stock. Apologies if it was interpreted wrong. Know the rules, especially this one.

the keto is from axio and my understanding was that it extends the effectiveness of clen.

Yeah, suspected the ketotifen to be underground, no worries then mate. It doesn't "extend effectiveness", it up regulates the area clen works on, making it possible to use clen for longer, and supposedly more effective in it's action.
