Beginner Cutting Cycle for a friend.

Hey Guys

A Work friend of mine has asked me to help him with a beginner cutting cycle.

I've sent him tons of articles from this site so that he can get some background on Gear and PCT.

Now I'm either going to recommend the Beginner Oral Sample cycle to him or this one that I Created.
I Would Like some advise on the one I made as I'm in no way an expert and I want to do it safe.
One concern for instance would be that I might be running Proviron or Winny too long.

He is a lot older than me.

Age 41
Weight 130kg
Height 1.9M (He is Tall)
Gyms 5-6 times a week

I will be making sure his diet is in check but he does have that sorted. He has just never tried a cut or gear before.


The Cycle a made for him. (Please voice your opinion with reasons.)

Testcyp - 250mg every 5th day Day 1 - 77 (days 1-5-9-13....)
Winny - 40mg split - day 1 - 24 - and Bridge day 78-105
Proviron (optional) 40mg split day 1 - 70

PCT 2 at day 160 till end


PS - adding FFF

So Winny for 4 weeks, not too long, just take some liver protection: CHECK THIS
In fact, for the bridging time he can use winnies again IMO.

I prefer your cycle above as opposed to the Beginner Oral cycle. From my side the cycle looks good, some experienced users might say since your friend weighs so much he can up the Cyp dosage, but I say 250mg E5D is a good starting point, check how he reacts and increase on the 4th pin or something.

Just a suggestion, in future, you might want to make the cycle setup more reader friendly, viz:
Testosterone Cypionate: Week 1 - 11, 250mg E5D
Winstrol: Week 1 - 4, 40mg, bi-daily split
Proviron: Week 1 - 10, 40mg, bi-daily split

130kg's is what concerns me. Whats his body fat % ?

What if he has issues - then it's your fault!!

Issues like:
High BP
Gyno
divorce

maybe he should come on here himself, learn what he needs and make his own decisions.
Nothing wrong with discussing the details with him.

But, I wouldn't want to be prescribing anything.

Yeah, considering his height and weight his BMI comes to over 30, and considering he is overweight that is not a good figure. He might be wanting to use anabolics for the wrong reasons. At 1.9m & 130kgs weight loss will be a breeze. Maybe skip the steroids and jump on a new diet, training regime and fat burners instead. If he is totally committed to using gear, get him on the forums to ask his own questions, as per Oupiel's comment above. The chain of advice just becomes longer and second-hand advice and correspondence might cause issues.
