Hey guys so i am currently on the equipose powerhouse cycle as prescribed in the samele cycle section of the website,and in the cycle they recommend to use HCG mid cycle.Can someone please explain to me why this is beneficial, and is it essential or even necessary?

HCG will will minimise testicular atrophy and maintain a low level of natural Test production. This makes the transition to PCT MUCH smoother and recovery a lot easier.

It stimulates test production by acting as Leutinizing Hormone.

It can be suppressive via the negative feedback loop so stick to the prescribed manner of usage

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Absolutely vital, but what Mason said about recommended dosage is vital.
In layman's terms, it helps with ball shrinkage
