First real Cycle

Hi all

Finally making the choice to run a proper cycle and have been reading through posts as they come, as well as older threads and the information section.

Just want to throw my plans out there to see if there are any changes or suggestions that the more experienced people have.

I have previously played with a couple of oral only cycles (yes, I know... ), and will be asking a friend with medical experience to help me with the injections, as this is one of my main concerns.

Weight: 94kg
Height: 1.92m
bf% : 14+/-

I am looking to do the beginners bulk cycle and pct, with the addition of a Var bridge to pct.

Diet is priority to high protein, then carbs and fats.
Im not into junk food much and can clean up my diet reliably by chosing so.
I am trying to gain at the moment, so 3000+ cal a day is what I am for.

Shout if I must post anything else.

Need to run Var for a minimum of 6 weeks bear that in mind. Also HCG always a good idea.

I have not heard that about Var before, I thought since being an oral it would work rather quickly, maybe leave it out entirely then?

Yes, the HCG is in the pct no.2 that is recommenced, will most certainly put it on the list, thanks.

Bud if you can afford it just a suggestion I would run proviron from start to before pct and in the bridge switch to test prop 100mg eod along side winnys. Mason means running the hcg during the cycle from week 4 at 500 ius/wk till before pct just clomid and nolva in pct.

Ah, alright.
I mistook where MM was coming from with th HCG. So is it better to run during cycle to avoid shut down?

Am a little hesitant to pin eod, since I am not sure how comfortable I will be with it, but I will keep it in mind thank you.
Is winny a better choice in the time frame given, since Mason suggests Var for 6 weeks?

Yes HCG on cycle as lobo has said. I would not do prop. I'd go with winny in the bridge because winny is awesome. 4 weeks on winny for the bridge.
If you want to use var start it 2 weeks before your last test injection.

I already have the Var on hand, So I think I will stick with it for now and just get pricing on Provi in the meantime, thanks a mil Mason.

You will still be shut down but the hcg during makes recovery much easier when you come off. Just check but I think you will get more out of var at a low bf so the winnys sound good to me should be looking and feeling like a stud

Will most certainly look into it, can always save the Var for the next time.
I can drop down pretty quickly by adjusting my diet or throwing some much loathed cardio in.

But I am always open to advice and suggestions.
Will probably only start in August.

No Test Prop on your first cycle and Proviron is only remotely worth the money if you run it alongside Anavar or Winstrol. Don't run Proviron through the whole cycle.

Was going to leave the Prop alone for now.
Will probably leave the Proviron alone unless I have some excess budget to spend.

If you have excess put it aside for the next cycle... Gains aren't going anywhere

Whats the reason for no prop in first cycle even if its just in the bridge?

It doesn't make sense to take someone new to injecting and expose them to EOD injections. There are easier ways to achieve the same result with less risk for those still learning.

Prop Injections are a huge problem and you also want to see how you react to testosterone during the most sensitive time which is the bridge period. Remember every cycle you will ever run will have test so you want to know exactly how you respond to this.

Always glad to learn something new or to get opinions and advice.

I also found when using test prop the first time I sweated like crazy. It requires real lifestyle adjustment.
Plus if you are a first timer you may struggle with pinning every second day.
