24 egg whites comes to 410cal (and a large volume) , why not go for 320g of light tuna or 370g of chicken beasts? Or 110g of whey if you struggle with eating.

My other 7 meals are filled up with denser protein, its just the way she laid it out bud.

Are they egg whites for your PWO meal? If not I don't get why the dietician set it up like that. Not asking you to disclose details for a diet you paid for if you aren't comfortable.

Thanks for your input, yes I take 8 at a time, morning, post workout and two hours after dinner. Some cottage cheese just before bed.

Tren is fucken amazing. Strength and physique, loving it. Sick results coming soon. After tren I can't use anything else... PGW tren, the bomb.

Told you Fillet. Remember after about 12 weeks the Tren E will hit you like a 10 pound hammer in between the eyes. You will know when its time to drop the Tren, your body will scream at you - ENOUGH ! Remember.......its a long ester, so the HIT is HARD, you will know when you get there.

Furk, at my body weight the scale is not my friend anymore, its all visual and measurements
Nate, I don't want to convert anyone bud. Tren I was always wary of but its turned out great - to others it may not be. Deca for others is cool but makes me a Neanderthal bud so I will refrain.
Shot Oups, always lots of good advice, I am not really sure what you mean but I think I will know when I get there.

Vascularity, strength and chiselled size its what's showing me that Tren is the master.

Correct Nate, tren in tops, 5x anabolic _ shows for itself. Amazing compound, my thoughts now are blast and cruise. Mind not made up but I am sick of feeling like demi god then back to helL. Old enough for it so it's just a choice. I know this will Fuck people off but it's the way my mind is going. Hormones up and down, no, hormones up, monitored. Perhaps?
