first cycle changes

Iv been on a var only cycle and am realizing its not a great idea. After reading on the forums, I want to make some changes but not 100% sure if I'm correct.
I'm in week 3 of the var, is it possible to start test cyp for 8 weeks and follow the dosage said in beginner bulking cycle? Also if I do, should I continue the var for the full 8 weeks or stop it after week 4.
I will be following the pct from the beginners cycle too.

Age 27
Height 6.1
Weight 85kg
Bf 8.8%

Whats your dosage?

Lets assume 60mg ED.

Option 1

I would start test cyp asap @ 500mg for 12 weeks. Get HCG and start pinning from week 5 up to PCT 500iu per week. Also continue with the var for another 5 weeks. That will add to 8 weeks on var @ 60mg ED.

Also that will leave you with 7 weeks on test only.

You can add winnies to bridge out the waiting time to PCT from the long cyp ester.

In short it should look like this

Week 1 to 8 Var @ 60mg ED (8 weeks var)
Week 4 - 16 Test @ 500mg PW (12 weeks test)
Week 16 - 20 Winstrol @ 40mg ED (4 weeks winnies)

Remember the HCG and get some Letro of Adex on hand.

Option 2

Run for Var for 8 weeks and 2 days later start PCT 1

Could you maybe tell me about more about the dosage timing and explain pinning?

I'm currently on 40mg lp var a day

Var split dosage mornings / evenings
Winstrol split dosage morning / afternoon / evening 6 hours apart
Test pin twice a week 1ml(250mg) Mondays and Thursdays mornings or evenings doesn't matter
HCG you pin twice a week 250iu a shot Mondays/thursdays

No real difference between the two esters.

Some complain that PGW test E comes with some injection pain, so PGW test cyp is advised for first time users.

I think this is crap and prefer test E.
