So i started chatting to a oke there that i always say hello to.
I know he does juice and his big so we started talking about cycles he says he doesnt use any nolvadex or clomid after his cycle and he just came of a year cycle. He says the big secret is Proviron he takes 2 a day morning and night and that keeps all the hormones levels in check. He also says that when u go off the test the initial test drop that always happens in post doesnt happen at all cause of the Proviron he took during the cycle. Im still new at this i mean im only going for my third cycle so u listin to ppl here and there. But is this possible no PCT?

I am aware of a friend of a colleague who did just that, for many years, and has now been diagnosed as infertile by both a urologist and an endocrinologist. Went through the whole work up and management ( both invasive and non invasive ) to no avail.
Continuous AAS exposure not only increases ones risks of infertility, but also of all the other potential side effects like prostate cancer, dyslipidaemia, to name but a few.
One's body needs time off cycles to recover. I did some reading the other day on Michael Scally, he is a US based endocrinologist/bodybuilder who is known as the world authority on PCT. Even he advocates the use of an EFFECTIVE PCT, which should always include serms post cycle, hcg on cycle, etc etc.
Simply not worth the risk to play the game in such a dangerous fashion ( blast and cruise / no PCT ) if you ask me...

Thats very good to know!! Thx Ryan
Would rather stick to the basics then and take the pounding on PCT.
Just thought there could be a better way like not loosing alot of gains and also on PCT you feel drained and you just feel sh!t. Like me im liftingg the same weight when i was on juice but i just feel like theres nothing in the tank.

Read some of his stuff and it seems (to my understanding anyway) to differ considerably from what is recommended here.
They do clomid for the full duration of PCT and I can't see the rationale behind it. He doesn't seem to be an advocate of Aromasin (i.e. Doctari's PCT).
Strangely, nowhere does he even recommend getting blood Test levels done to see how much levels have dropped to time when to start PCT. I would assume there isn't a recommendation for baseline either.

The problem we face is that no one is really going to do a non biased research study on which protocol is better seeing as though all medical research is aimed at health promotion and disease prevention.
This is why I simply stick to the basics, which have been proven to work, ie: on cycle hcg and on cycle ancillaries, together with serms post cycle and to ALWAYS take off as long as one has been on for in order to have ones own hormonal levels normalise.
What works for one may not work for the other and I just go about finding what works best for me, like an on cycle serm works FAR better for me for itchy nipples (early gyno) but other guys may report an AI as working better for them...to each his own.
As for the proviron topic...I always make use of it on cycle as I find it definitely aids the tamoxifen in stopping estrogen related sides like bloating, itchy nipples, etc and I definitely notice a strong increase in my libido whilst on it:) As for it resulting in more free testosterone...I suppose only blood levels will be able to confirm that as it's medical indication is actually for erectile dysfunction, hence the increase in libido on it;)
