Second Cycle

Hey Guys

I'm doing some research on my second cycle.
My First Dbol + Test cyp cycle went great. Also got no Sides.

Now I want to start a lean Bulk. I don't want to Bloat again.

I was thinking of using Equipoise , Test Prop and Oral Winstrol at the Start.

My only Question is What dosages would you recommend. I Trust this Forums Opinion a lot more then others.

For instance I've been told to pin Equipoise at 200mg per week but the articles in this forums suggests 400 to 700mg

Some say only 12 weeks. most say 16 and some 20 weeks.

What would you guys Recommend?

Currently I'm Thinking

Equipoise 400mg per week for 16 weeks. (1 injection per week????)
Test Prop at 400 - 600mg a week for 16 weeks (not sure about duration) (pinning every 2nd day)
Winstrol oral at 50mg per day for 5 - 6 weeks ( I was told to go for tren but no thanks that shit sound terrible)

I Would want you guys to please just tell me what I should get for pct. and when to take it. I want to Buy everything before I start my cycle so that there's no chance of me getting in to kak with sides and then not have my pct.

I've never used or even seen these compounds so feel free to change it or kak me out. I'm here to learn.

I started at 72kg with my first cycle and ended a bit early on 81kg. Since then I'm down to 78kg and I feel tiny now. I kept the doses low.

I wouldn't use prop for 16 weeks rather go with test e or supper test you can pin the Equi and the test together Monday/Wednesday instead of having to pin prop EOD for 16 weeks, it'll hurt and cost a fortune. Trust me I've done it :lol: 400mg equi at your size and 600mg test will be cool.
Use the prop and Winni for the long bridge and pct 3 but run the HCG on cycle at 250iu twice a week from week 4 up until pct.

Your wallet and your ass is gonna kak to pin eod for 16 weeks as a beginner, and it will cost a small fortune for your test alone. Really not worth it for a second cycle.

Test e with equi, 600mg test and 525mg equi will be bang on the buck, (2ml test, 1.5ml equi) a week... 15 weeks.

Yep good advice ! 525mg for a 78kg dude is on the high side. I am around 120kg and 500mg is a sweet spot. 400mg Equi should be more than enough.

Any reason why I should use PCT 3 and not PCT 2.

2 works out cheaper but if there is a good reason I will stick to 3.


and With the Winnie. Can I use it at the start of the cycle as a kick starter and with bridge. Something like 4 weeks/ 4 weeks.

Winstrol (Stanozolol) 10mg 50 caps Liquid Pharmaceuticals x 4
30mg a day for 8 weeks.
First 4 weeks and 4 weeks in bridge



Testen 300 (Testosterone Enanthate) 300mg 10ml PGW x 3
600mg per week
300mg every say Monday and Thursday for 15 weeks


Equi 350 (Boldenone Undecylenate) 350mg 10ml PGW x 2
400mg per week for 16 weeks
200mg every Monday and Thursday


Pregnyl HCG 5000 iu Liquid Pharmaceuticals x 1
250iu twice a week
Will I need another one?


This is without pct. I'm Still waiting on an answer about that one. This is an expensive exercise hehe.

You'd get away with PCT 2 but for the price why not add Aromasin? Even if you only buy the Aromasin in a couple of months time.
You really need to run the test 2 weeks longer than the Equi because the Equi takes longer to clear the system .

I don't know what you get charged for Aromasin but its damn expensive at my supplier. (I know we can't talk about Pricing)
But ok yes I will only need it in a few month time. I just like having everything since you never know if your supplier will still be there by then.

The 15 week test timeframe was chosen because it would mean I only have to buy 3 10ml bottles. I can get a 4th one. I Should probably stop being cheap

HCG Week 4 - 20 @ 500iu per week
Clomid Week 20 - 22 @ 50mg ED (14 days)

2 side effects so far. no idea if its from the Cycle.

1. The Acne on my back has fully disappeared over the last 3 days . I'm not complaining.
2. Yesterday I just could not keep my eyes open. No idea why.


And one question. Currently I'm injecting the test and EQ together. Is that fine or should I pin twice? I don't really want to contaminate the test with a drop of EQ every time I draw.

Mixing them is fine, what do you think happens in your bloodstream? Besides the Equi will take away any injection pain from the Test.

Just ran across this cycle which was almost similar to what i wanted to run. If you remember on my thread (was planning the cycle for future). Please check for my situation (first cycle) if it's good.

Can i keep everything else and take out the Equi? Or leave as it is?

Just a quick update.

I'm in week 3/4 of 16

I'm up to 82KG, Started at 77kg

Sides.

-I feel slightly bloated the last 2 days but that could be from salt, I eat way to much salt.
- I've noticed I get a lot more aggressive, It's starting to become a problem. My hand currently looks like a balloon after punching a wall a few times in frustration.

But so far so good. I can see my chest and arms are growing fast.

Aggression Bud... It's self control. Think of getting angry like eating a tub of ice cream. You wouldn't do it on cycle no matter how good it tastes! So why get angry? Save it for the gym where it's productive!

I think this is just a placebo implanted by years and years of false information regurgitated by sensationalist media hounds, with nothing better to do than create a negative connotation to steroid use and bodybuilding.

But well done on your progress so far! Keep going strong

What would your opinion be on a keto diet while bulking is it possible or even worth it?

My GF is on a Keto diet now. I'm still trying to eat a lot more carbs then I'm use to.

So making and buying food becomes tricky.

I am losing some fat slowly and growing fast but I'm so paranoid about becoming fat. I'm at 12 - 13% Body fat atm.

You'll Never gain muscle on Keto.!
