I would think this is a stupid question at all i would like to know to as i will require that exact same info shortly

Inject 20iu's of the water into the vile do it very carefully and let the liquid trickle down the side. Don't just squirt it in or shake it as you'll destroy the HCG.
And then 1iu will of liquid on the the insulin syringe will be 250 HCG.
Basically whatever amount of liquid you mix with the HCG devide it by 20 and you'll have your dose.

Question for you Rhino one i Just posed to MA.

1) Would you run HGC during cycle and how much and at what intervals, if you do.
2) Would you stop during your bridge and the commence again during PCT.

Your Thoughts?

As rhino said, whatever dose of water you add, divide by 20.

I generally put the full 2ml water, making my 5000iu over 2ml...

Therefore 500iu hcg is 20units on a slin pin, and 250 is 10units..

It is very easy to dose this way, as if u see a insulin needle, there is minimal room for error, as dosing is so small... 10units = 0.1ml ..

No MA advises to run it on cycle. So start at week 4 and run it rite up until PCT, for the last 2 weeks of your bridge up the dose to 500ius twice a week.
