That's what I'm running at the moment. Very good if your BF is in single figures if your BF is on the higher side it won't be worth the cash.

G-man wrote: yeh thanks,Ron.I think it's mostly my diet that's quite spot on and also the lack of alcohol that's maybe helping me gain some weight hehe.
When did u start picking up strength from the Tbol, dude?
G, my bru, can't really say it increased a great deal hey. But I agree with Mike, the strength is there, I assure you. You just need to unleash it. Don't overthink the strength my bru, as long as the mirror is showing you a picture of growth, that's what is important! The strength will come as you grow! Also remember 'good form' must ALWAYS be above 'strength' You don't wanna hurt yourself.
And yeah, good, stay away from the Alcohol, it just sets you 10 steps back and put unnecessary stress on your body.
You're doing things right!! Keep it up and really enjoy the cycle!

okey so Rhino I'm not as lucky as you to have single figure BF but I was hoping I could gain something fromthe anti-estrogen effects from the compound and maybe it would help me get rid of the excess water I gained from the test cyp??just a theory...Rhino wrote:

I have no sides thus far, which is weird cause last time I got back pimples and also no bloat to speak of.
I feel my mood has improved but that's about it,no really good strength gains and also I'm stagnating at 95kgs.
I'm curious does my body react differently to test cause on my last cycle I went through the same kind of pattern.
Weight gains stagnating around week 5-7 and only in week 8 did my strength go through the roof and my weight start picking up nicely again.
I really wanna hit the 100kg mark and I also want really decent strength gains so any advice or critique would be appreciated.

Glad you are good. Thanks for the up date bud.
From my experience, I have found that it's all in the eating. You gotta eat BIG to get BIG! And you may think you are. But in fact you are not. Some weekends I drop my Calories a bit and when I get them back to normal in the week, I can feel a huge difference in my muscles hardening and I just feel a lot fuller, bigger and even more vascular! And I have soooo much more energy to push harder for my sessions.
My view... It's all in your nutrition bud! You WILL gain if your nutrition is on point! You gotta literally eat until you wanna gag sometimes, when on cycle. Trust me!
