Ok, so, here it goes!.....I have been gyming for 6 months solid!...I have a pretty good eating plan that I follow religiously, and train 4 days a week. As part of my diet, I include, whey protein, bcaa's and casein before bed.
I'm 37, and weigh around 74kg,...when I started gyming, in December last year, I had a bit of a stomach, and not much definition at all as I spent most my time mountain biking. I am super impressed with my results so far, as my six pack is starting to show for the first time in my life and I have never looked this good before.
Although I'm eating quite a lot during the day, I'm struggling to pick up the weight (lean mass).
So after much research, and being a beginner and all, I have now decided to do a primo and proviron cycle ( the one available on this site for download).
There are three things I would like to know:-
1. If I carry on putting 100% into my diet and training, will I be able to pick up at least 5kg with this cycle?
2. Could I had dianabol too the above stack and if so, how would I add it to the cycle?( dosages and period)
3. If I add the dianabol, what changes do I need to do to the PCT?
I'm not looking for mind blowing results, but purely to weigh around 80kg of lean muscle.
Please advise.

I can look at the injectables! Then how would I add it to the cycle?.....what dosages per week?, and do I still follow the same structure on the proviron as per the cycle on this site?......and why do u say no dbols?Oupa wrote: You will not get mind blowing results, so accept that as a fact.

So, you saying I should replace the oral with the injectable?....will that get me the results?Muscleaddict wrote: You will not get to 80Kg lean on the oral primo/proviron cycle. You'll be wasting your money if that's what you're expecting. Primo is an amazing compound but oral primo is probably the worst bang for buck steroid for men.

No it won't MrB. Injectables are just always better then orals. Try stay clear of orals. They are harsh on your liver and system. Primo is also pricy. To be honest no AS is gonna get you your result without a lot of input from genetics, supa clean and correct diet, adequate rest and on point training.
I'd suggest you research the compounds more, then put together your proposed cycle with dosages etc. and remember to include a PCT, then the guys will guid you. All the info is available here. Happy reading bru.

I don't mind using injectables, and I'm quite keen on using primo. What are your thoughts?

You're only eating meat twice a day.
There are way too many shakes in there.
Too little good fats.
Do you even know the macros you're getting from that diet?

Well you didn't give measurements on everything but I'm sure you are not getting 3200 cals.
Anyways....
Ok meal1 I would up the protein a bit through in a few egg whites.
Meal2 Same as meal3 or meat, veg and olive oil / nuts...
Meal3 looks good
Swap meal 4 and 5
and replace the provitas with oats, no fat in this meal since it's a pre-workout meal
Post workout is fine
An hour after you training you should have a meal not a snack, you will need it for recovery, so something like meat and white rice / potato, basically protein and fast digesting carbs again no fat.
Before bed is fine.
This is just a quick breakdown as I'm on my way out of the office I would recommend reading the diet sticky's, I think the name is "creating your own diet", work out how many cals you need to bulk and take it from there.
Hope this helps!

Keep fats to avo, nuts, sugar free peanut butter, olive oil, macadamia nut oil.
Eat whole foods for carbs like brown or basmati rice, rolled oats, sweet potato or the quinoa and cons cous like you're already eating is great.
For protein - Egg whites, skinless chicken breast, ostrich steak, lean/trimmed steak, extra lean woolies mince, venison, game biltong, fat free cottage cheese.
You can have simple carbs around your workout like dextrose, powerade/game, raisons, energellies. Just don't overdo it, and no fats post workout with simple carbs.

Helps a lot! Thx Trarex!...I guess my diet wasn't as solid as I thought after all!....will be doing some changes ASAP!, and reading the diet stickys!Trarex wrote: There is no way you are getting 3200 cals from that.

So I was thinking of staring my first AS cycle by the 1st of August!, so I'm sitting on 74kg at the moment and my primary goal is to reach 80kg ( lean ), provided I change my diet to something more solid as above, what r ur recommendations?.....since it's my first cycle I was looking to doing a 12 week coarse, and Primo as always been something I wanted to use as part of my first cycle. Purely because of all the fuss about good quality gains that you keep!....I know that diet will play the major role here.....and since everyone keeps telling me to stay of the orals I won't mind injecting!.....it seems from the responses I've had that the beginner lean mass cycle ( primo and proviron oral)on this site will not help me to get to 80kg, and i feel that the beginner bulking cycle ( dinabol and testocyp ) might be to bulky and not lean enough. Maybe be some primo with test? And do a PCT 2. What are ur thoughts?

play around with your diet you will quickly find out what works for you!
some guys eat carbs with every meal and stay lean, I only eat carbs around my workout!
as for the cycle the testcyp and dbol cycle is a great cycle for beginners and for more experienced guys as it has few sides.
for the too bulky part....the lean gains depends on your diet if you eating a load of shit foods stuffed with sodium you're going to bloat like a pregnant chick, dbol does bloat you but if the diet is clean you wont notice it.
This is really a great cycle and will give you better gains than oral only!
But first sort out that diet before worrying about a cycle.

Take it from me if you getting help from the local "BRO" at the gym you getting the wrong information for sure, i was there 2 no wait 3 times over, what a waste of my hard earned money and countless hours at the gym. i gained awesome muscle mass but followed a horrible diet and never got what i was looking for
Since my first cycle in 2005 i have done about 8 cycles since, each wrong and with a bad diet, no amount of gyming will get you there with out the right diet, control your calories, great article on here a well read it.
after a waste of 8 cycles i have finally done my own research and reading (its the best option)im starting from scratch with the beginner bulking cycle, will possibly bridge between cycle and PCT but ya personally wanna try remain anabolic while i wait to run PCT.
Either way, do your research as the question but ya anyone here will give you the help you.
Best of luck
