second axio cycle any advice? :)

Hi everyone,

so i am starting my second course( previous one was last year, test cyp, dbol and proviron, pct etc)
and i managed to get my hands on some goodies :

100x dianabol 10mg from axio
2x 10 ml sustaplex 325 from axio as well.

i would like to run dbols @ 30mg a day and 1ml of sust every Sunday and Thursday. then once the cycle is done wait 20 or so days and start pct consisting of 100mg clomid for 7 days and after that 30 days of 20mg nolvadex.

i am 23, 5'11, 83kg and 11% bf according to those red machines at gym :blink:

is there anything i can add to this to make it more efficient?
is it too basic?
essentially my goal is to get up to about 90kg and start leaning out from there.

I've done as much research as i can and don't know where to find the more complicated things like, what esters can i bridge with what and if you should actually bridge so before my brain explodes I've put it on here.

lastly, my girlfriend is in her last year of studying to be a doctor so she's helped explain a lot about everything to me so any help will be appreciate

You need to go and read the PCT section..! Your waiting period is wrong and look at PCT 2
