The longer you run it , the harder recovery will be. You might even do permanent damage to your system running gear to long. 14 weeks is a 'safe' period of time for your age group.

Hey guys, So extending my cycle to 14 weeks as mensioned above, the only test blend I could get my hands on at short notice was nomad labs-nomatest...test combo...
My question is this, I see that this test combo contains a few other esters that the supertest did not.
In one thread oupa called them super long esters, Does this mean that my wait before pct will change because of the half life of these "super long esters"?
It was originally 36 days.
Thanks

If you haven't bought it yet don't buy it. Rather use test cyp or test E, or even better switch to test prop. You will have to extend your bridge to PCT to about 50 days because of the long esters and it is just not worth having to delay PCT any more after such a long cycle. Plus with Nomad you never know what is really in their stuff so timing PCT is like flipping a coin and hoping for the best.

I have already bought it unfortunataly.. But thanks for the advise, I needed something asap as my supertest ran short and that was all I could get at short notice. But lesson learned I guess for not planning better, Not keen on the bridge being even longer as the Var is already gonna be expensive but so be it, rather safe than sorry! Hope its a good nomad vile hey!

Hey Guys, I would like to post my diet here and get thoughts from you all, I feel my diet is okay but not at all where it should be.

Please help where possible, getting conused with macro's

Breakfast:
About a half a cup of oats with water
1 scoop of whey in there
and 2 egg whites

Snack about 10:30:

Whey shake, some lean biltong/3 egg whites

Lunch about 12:30:

skinless chicken breasts about 300g with brown rice

15:30: whey shake

about 17:00 - pre-workout

Dinner: veggies(sweet potato/brocolli)

with steak/chicken...about as much as I can fit in.

Before bed: casein protein shake

If someone can help out, as mensioned before,
current weight is 82kg, bf is around 14%

Thanks

I am no expert. But heres my 2cents. firstly. up your breakfast size. add a whole egg or two in there as well. your having alot of shakes. if you can have this protien from food sources try that instead. more meat . I actually took the money that i would normally spend on my shake and bought chicken with it. Waaaay better than whey haha.
also add more oats pre workout snack/meal. with dinner add some rice such as basmati in there to up the carbs as well

Give me the strength to forgive those who curl in the sqaut rack

The foods you're eating are fine but what is your goal? You should try to get in an extra chicken/steak fish meal a day and drop one of the shakes. When you're going to eat eggs then eat at least 6 jumbo egg whites with a few yolks. A great easy way to to put on more lean mass is to add rolled oats to your shakes. Blend the oats first until it's fine enough to drink and then mix it all up in the blender. You can do the same thing with almonds or macadamia nuts if you want to add more good fats instead of carbs. It makes a nice and creamy shake.

My basic diet for bulking with minimal fat gain is meat/chicken 3 times a day with basmati/brown rice or sweet potato, one meal of 6 jumbo eggs, 3 shakes (with either a cup of oats or more, or 50g nuts blended), and biltong and raisins now and then.

Howdy everyone! Just a quick update.
Coming towards the end of cycle and pretty chuffed with results...I didn't pick up kg's as much as I had hoped but I think I shed alot of body fat whilst on cycle, so happy with the small amount I have picked up, as measurements show increase in size all over and a decrease around the waist!
I have cleaned up and tried to correct my cal intake even more the last couple of weeks and this has been good, Still struggling a bit to build on the legs but they are looking better!
I also started having kelloggs frosties with water and whey post workout to replenish glycogen levels,(love the taste).
I will be starting my anavar bbridge on monday as it is my last week of test pin!
Hopefully I can keep this up!
Oh and I would post a pic but photobucket is blocked by my work server..

Thanks for everyones input sofar! I am so glad I discovered this site and got the rite advise
I was again reminded last nite at gym of how clueless MOST guys are when it comes to combining the rite compounds and half of the guys hardly know what PCT is..(scary)and I'm talking about guys that have been pumping iron for years....
Anyways, stay strong!
