An AI during cycle

Hey I'm going to go on a test only cycle and was wondering what AI to take so that I don't get gyno. I was thinking letrozole

Is this your first cycle, are you gyno prone?

Letro is very harsh on your system, and would be good to have some on hand incase gyno symtoms appear but not to run on cycle unless you are very gyno prone.

For prevention rather use an AI like Arimidex, recommeded dosage if 0.25mg EOD.
Everyone is different so you would need to find what dosage works for you but that is a good starting point. Personally Im running 0.5mg E3D as it was easier to dose.

Run the AI, keep the Letro on hand incase gyno symptoms appear.

The AI should do the trick. Use Letro only if. absolutely neccessary.

also consider Aromasin....it actually helps with recurring estrogen and to my understanding it's not as harsh on the lipids...some people swear by it.

It was suggested to me to keep Femara on hand in case gyno symptoms appear.
I luckily have not had to use mine 15 weeks into cycle, but don't mess with the tits bru. Keep it on hand for just in case.
