Do you have limited time to cycle? or did you calculate based on finances?

PS - Good cycle, nothing wrong with it.

Hi All,

@ Everyone -thanks for the good vibes.

@ RonTheSaveg - Diet looking sorted, was running a 900 cal deficit(with low carbs) along with the clen up until Friday for prep. Will work my way up by increasing 300 cals per week until I reach 4200 cals which I calculated to be my maintence BMR (2700cal x 1.55).
When I get there I'd like to split it 45% protein(+-450g)/ 40% Carbs (+-420g) / 15% Fats (+- 70g).
Depending on how the results are going I will possibly increase by another 500 cals.

@ Oupa - no time limits, funds are also luckily good...just was worried about shutting myself down for the full 12 weeks as I wasn't sure how my body would react. If all is going well there will be no harm in getting an extra vial prop and extending the cycle a little, it would probably be for the best as it would extend the short peroid between the Tbol and Winny which would make my liver happier!

Good evening to all!

Week 1: 01 June - 07 June

First pin went in on Sat(Left Quad), for any newbies reading the post - follow the following instructions.
It seems dawnting at first but the injecting part is really f all.

www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/info...ocols-and-procedures

On Sat the post injection pain started in the afternoon, and was much worse than I anticipated.
Test Prop into virgin muscle is kak sore. Pain Subsided in left quad by Tuesday.
Had to push through legs on Sunday which was not the easiest of tasks.
On Mon second pin followed into right quad, post injection pain was about half as bad as the first.
On Wednesday third shot went into left glute, minimal post injection pain was experienced.

Strength no change (Will use the following four exercises to gauge as they are done at the same stage each week in my respective muscle group sessions).

Current Strength

Incline Dumbell Press: 50Kg x 10 Reps
Seated Dumbell preacher Curl: 17Kg x 10 Reps
Leg Press: 400Kg x 7 Reps
Lat Pulldown: 90Kg x 10 Reps

Sides to date:
Sunday till Wednesday, I experienced gastro. Not sure weather this should be attributed to the AI, my body adjusting to the test or a just a plain old stomach bug. That cleared up by Wednesday.
Otherwise nothing to speak off. Libido is good (Could be psychological though) gave my wife midweek action a few times which made her rather pleased!

Did Bi's & Tri's last night, and felt the best I have in years. Powered through the workout with a decent intensity. Experienced a very sizeable muscle pump after the workout.

Conclusion:
Besides the Gastro and PIP, I'm loving it. Looking forward to see how hard I can push myself and what results I can get.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Nice update Heritage! Looking forward to following your log!

Just one question: did you start the T-Bol? If you did that May have been the cause of the Gastro. I had the same for a few days after starting the T-Bol.

Keep pushing hard bru! ;)

Hi Gents,

@ Fakey_AK - ran milk thistle for a month precycle, currently using 6 essential per day while on cycle. Am definitely considering getting another vial Test Prop and extending the period between the TBol and Whinny by another 2 weeks.

@ Nate - Thanks bud, will do.

@ Ronthesaveg - Thanks & Yeah, I started T-Bol and Test on Saturday. So then I tend to agree with you that the T-Bol gave us the shits!

Evening Guys,

Week 2: 8 June - 14 June

Giving an early update as Im lucky enough to be heading to the Kruger this Fri(After I train),
and heading back early Monday(Will train Monday evening). Just thought I should put that I'll still be training on those days so nobody would think that I'm slacking.

Firstly have ordered 2 extra vials of Test Prop and will run the Test Prop for an extra two weeks.
(One would have been enough, but I only got 9ml out my first vial...so got an extra one to cover the shortfall just incase).

Will not post revised cycle as all that will happen is test prop will be run for an extra two weeks.
Therefore Winstrol and post cycle will be pushed back a further two weeks. Adex will still be run 0.5mg E3D and HCG will still be up'd to 500ui last two weeks of bridge.

Current Strengh:
Slighty Up

Incline Dumbell Press: 55Kg x 8 Reps
Seated Preacher Curls: Only training Bi's & Tri's Friday morning
Leg Press: To be trained tomorrow night
Lat Pulldown: 97.5Kg x 8 Reps

Incline Dumbell as well as Lat pulldowns were an extra working set so Im extremely amped about that.

Sides to date:
Non to speak of, maybe a slightly shorter fuse. No water retention - I think I have the Adex to thank for that.

Issues to date:
Glute pins are a piece of cake. I am however struggling with Quad pins - feel like Im back at school and a mate given me a dead leg...which lasts the whole day. Am considering changing to alternating between delts and glutes instead.

Unexpected bonus's:
Sex drive is fantastic(My wife loves gear more than I do I think). Stamina in the gym is great, feel like I can train for hours on end. Recovery time also seems to be quicker than before.

This being said I'm only on day 12, so alot of it is probably psychological.

Current Stats:
Height and age remain unchanged
Weight: 110.5Kg
Body Fat: Still to be checked

Conclusion:
All going well, time to step it up!!

Hi All,

Anyone got any advise on Delts Vs Quad Pins?

How is the Post Injection Pain when it comes to delts?

Currently I'm alternating between Glutes and Quads, the quad pins suck to put it mildly.
Can I only do Glute only pins (Currently Pinning Test Prop 3 times a week)?

Thanks,

Conservatively speaking you can get 4 pin sites from your glutes. Personally i hate quads, and rotate between glutes and delts on short esters. I only use quads when i exceed the max ml used per pin muscle.

Long esters i only use glutes and rotate left/right

Thanks Oupa,

Gonna drop the Quad Pins.
Will give delts a try and rotate between them and glutes.

Morning,

Firstly - Oupa thank you again, pinned yesterday morning in my right delt, worked a treat...much happier with that, rather than the quad pins!!

Secondly - I felt a significant overall increase in performance in gym yesterday. Out of nowhere I felt like Marshall Bravestar and had the strength of the bear.

I did chest and my workout went a little something like this:

1)Superset:
Incline Dumbell Chest Press (42Kg x 10, 45Kg x 10, 55Kg x 9)
Incline Dumbell Chest Fly (20Kg x 10, 20Kg x 10, 20Kg x 10)

2)Flat Bench Press (100Kg x 10, 120Kg x 10, 140Kg x 6)
As soon as I finished working my way up to 140Kg,dropped to 100Kg x 10 Reps
and then to 60Kg x 15 Reps without resting.

3)Superset:
Peck deck Machine (135Kg x 10, 145Kg x 10 ; 155Kg x 10)
Bent Arm Chest pullover on V-Cor Ball (32Kg x 10 ; 32Kg x 10 ; 32Kg x 10)

4)Seated Chest Press (75Kg x 10 ; 82.5Kg x 10 ; 90Kg x 10)

5)Superset:
Cable Crossover (45Kg x 10 ; 50Kg x 10 ; 55Kg x 10)
Cable Crossover from the bottom (15Kg x 10 ; 20Kg x 10 ; 25Kg x 10) ***Sorry not sure of the technical name for this excerise.

Was a great workout and would recommend it to anyone.

Good day to all!

Week 3: 15 - 21 June

Current weight 113kg (Up from 109Kg at start)

Strength(Last working set of exercise):
Incline Dumbell Press: 55Kg x 9 Reps
Seated Preacher Curls: 18Kg x 10 Reps
Leg Press: 420Kg x 8 Reps
Lat Pulldown: 97.5Kg x 8 Reps

Sides:
Twice this week I was hit with heavy headaches, not a headache type of person(Cant remember the last time I had one before cycle). Sexdrive is still through the roof, getting in a extra cardio session due to this atleast once a day!! :) :)

Notes: Took my first HGC injection to the gut today - was a piece of cake! All syringes have been preloaded with 250ui to be kept in the freezer.

Conclusion: Strength up, Libido up, and definitely seeing some good results already especially in bi's and shoulders...looking bigger and firmer overall!

Have a good weekend!

Hi All,

After the first HGC went in on Saturday, my nips are feeling a little sensitive(I think). They are not puffy or itchy, so it could be in the mind.

Have been running Adex at 0.5mg E3D, would feel more comfortable changing to 0.5mg EOD.

Is this ok?

Sorry when I read my post...it looks like I'm lazy to do research.

Let me rephrase:

After reading the following:

www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/drug...ogens/38-anastrozole

I would feel more comfortable uping the adex to 0.5mg EOD.

Does anyone have a reason that this could hinder my cycle?
