Honestly i would run it like this. Doesn't really matter for mornings or evenings with long esters, if possible try and stay within half the time of the half life period of the compound.

First 2 weeks i would run

Primo @ 600mg per week 3ml split 1.5ml mondays & thursdays
Test @ 600mg per week 2ml split 1ml mondays & thursdays

Then from week 3

Monday
Primo @ 200mg 1ml
Test @ 150mg .5ml

Thursday
Primo @ 200mg 1ml
Test @ 150mg .5ml

I would add in proviron @ 40mg ED from day 1 (if your finances allows for it)

That's really interesting, what is the reason for the initial high dose and then dropping down to half the amount of test after three weeks?

You want it to build up to maximum steroid levels in your blood as fast as possible, so double dose the long esters to build up plasma levels faster.

I'm looking to start beginning of next week, or the following week. Depending on when the gear arrives.
I'm not in a rush, I'd prefer to have everything perfect and sorted, instead of just doing the first cycle I can think of.
Oupa has given me solid advice, so I'm happy.

Pyro- I'm looking to put on 4 solid kg's of muscle, that will not be lost after cycle, while droping 2% body fat. This would be a +-16 week cycle. I'd like some better recovery too, that's important.
I'm not looking to be a gorilla, I do however thoroughly enjoy lifting twice as much as the gorillas.

In that case go with the Primo and like Oupa advised. You really don't need 16 weeks to gain 4kg do you? You need to make HPTA shutdown and recovery a priority if you are looking to keep all your gains and for long.

No, not really. My training is predominantly weightlifting though, not hypertrophy training. And I'm not entirely willing to drop the weightlifting to go bench press and biceps curl in front of the mirror with an extra tight vest.

I have included proviron at 40mg daily, as suggested by oupa.
After the primo inclusion the anavar becomes a rather expensive addition.
What are your reasons for wanting to include anavar?
Perhaps as a bridge, with prop.

Anavar gives lean gains that last long. It is the king of cutting and it shows the best results at your bodyfat percentage.
