Nothing wrong with fat and carbs together. As long as the mince is extra lean(95% or higher) he's already having fat with his carbs in the form of nuts.
I eat 20g of fat in the form of olive oil, coconut oil or nuts with every carb meal and my one meal is 400g potatoes/200g 95% mince and 25ml olive oil.

Go big or go home...

Ja but carbs seem to work well with u bru if I ate that much carb I blow up with excess fat ...mince has a lot of fat besides being called extra lean .....if u eat carbs and fat together one or the other is going to be stored well not in your case but some of us are not so lucky :)

My nuts Nate, lol.
Clen is some good shit, firms you up, shredds body fat and spares muscle mass. It seems worth its while to run between cycles...

Too much information there Fillet, haha.

Been reading good things about Clen on here and glad it is working for you bro.
I think if my bodyfat percentage gets below 11 % before the next cycle, I will consider some clen in the lead up to cycle 2. I think at my bodyfat percentage right now, it would be a waste of bucks.

120mcg treating me just fine, no sides that are apparent. If i forget to take betasleep i wake up with the mother/brother and sister of all headaches.

I will continue Clen for 40 days (and 40 nights LOL) - loving it. Muscles getting tighter and i can see a difference.

Awesome news bro.
Keep the betasleep in a place you keep noticing it. Nothing worse on the motivation levels then a headache.

Pinch your shoulder blades together when putting your back on the bench so that the force of the weight coming is pushed inwards to your shoulder blades and not straight down over your rotator cuffs which are off the sides of the bench.

Dan Green explains setting up for bench brilliantly. He has benchpressed 500lbs in the 100kg class and I recommend watching all his training tips videos. I follow this technique without the hectic powerlifter arch and it's working great for me:

Amazing advice MA, I could lift 5kg more, failing at 7 reps, waiting 3s and pushing out the last 3 reps. Respect bud. I have next to zero rotator cuff discomfort tonight

An update on my weight from clen cycle, nothing, LOL. Still 119kg but i can see a difference in abs and vascularity - perhaps i should have taken a laxative like Rhino...

Nice work Bud. Ye the only accurate way to track weight is first thing empty, for instance I weigh up to 6kg heavier by the end of the day...
It's like guys who take there measurements flexed  it may be flattering but you'll never properly track your progress like that.

Go big or go home...

i was mostly empty when i took this photo as it was early, i prefer to use our work scales as they callobrated every 3 months. Home scale sometimes shows between 118 and 121 upon waking - not so accurate.

That's a deviation of 0.8% down and 1.6% up. Your standard deviation would in all probability be negligible.

That's pretty friggin accurate if you ask me.

Take your home scale to work and compare then. You may well be surprised.
What brand is your home scale? Reckon I'm going to go buy one.

Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.
