New to forum...cycle critique was created by Kswole
I've been following the forum for a while and finally decided to register. I'm looking for some feedback on my next cycle for dosages and timing. Seems like this was the right place because the advice given here is fair and experienced.

Stats and background:
5'9" 175lbs 10% bf 27yrs old
Been lifting for 10+ years, weightlifting background
Training regimen now is Crossfit and boxing with some weightlifting
Train 5-6 days a week, fasted cardio 3x/wk
Diet is clean, paleo based with some adjustments depending on lifting schedule (ie added carbs prior to heavy workouts)

Multiple AAS cycles, last cycle appr. 5 yrs ago. Have run a few PH cycles since then also.
Last PH cycle appr. 1 yr ago. All cycles were followed up with proper pct depending on length and estimated degree of shutdown.
Currently on trt @ 150mg/wk which started at the beginning of this year.
Due to experimenting so young with AAS, even with planned pct, I believe endo system suffered. Hence the trt at 27.
With that said, the trt regimen is working great, feel good and levels stay around 1000.
Prescribed letro and hcg, currently taking letro @0.18mg 1x/wk and hcg @250 iu 2x/wk.

With this cycle I'm looking to gain lean mass and drop bf.
I also have two shoulders that have been nagging me for a while that I hope strengthen and heal up during this course.

Compounds:
Test cyp 200mg (Pfizer)
Test cyp 250mg (stealth)
NPP 100mg (stealth)
Tbol 20 mg

14 weeks
Schedule:
Sun- morning 1cc npp/.75cc test
Mon- morning 0.18 mg letro/ 250 iu hcg
Tues- evening 1cc npp/.5cc test (Pfizer)
Wed-
Thur- evening 0.5 mg caber/ 250 iu hcg
Fri- morning 1cc npp/.5cc test (Pfizer)
Sat-

I will also be taking mod 1-29 and ipam @100 mcg/3x day

I plan on running the tbol @40-60 mg weeks 10-14 to polish gains

The reason why I'm running test so moderately is for two reasons:
1. I know 1cc of the Pfizer has my levels @1000+
2. I will need to take a blood test for dr. a month after cycle finished
And I need levels to be back to normal.

Looking for some input on dosages and timing. Also a full critique, if you see
something you don't like please let me know. No thin skin here.

I tried to list all the info here but I probably missed something, if you need
more just ask.

Bummer about the TRT.

Please post your experience on the topic by noemnoempie. Maybe you can talk some sense into him.

I don't know how to use this forum very well but if you can link him to this go ahead.

Unfortunately I don't think I can do any good for him. If he's anything like I was. I've been browsing these types of forums since I was 18yrs old. First AAS cycle at 17. I always lagged behind my friends in growth and size. (Muscle, body hair, manliness) I laugh about it now but it wasn't funny then. It hindered me in every way growing up, sports, girls and "fitting in".
This is why I started my first cycle in the first place. Now, if I would have left it alone and allow my body to mature I don't think I would be any different than I am today, minus the trt. I believe my natural test production was blunted because of it. Nothing else changed, I'm taller then both my parents and also bigger bodied. This I believe is partly genetics from their parents/grandparents and my dedication to working out. Nothing else. The steroids helped nothing. Only damaged my endo system and now I'll be on trt the rest of my life because of it. It's a fact that I have to accept, I made the mistake and now I live with it. On the flip side though, atleast I've found treatment for it and I can live with "normal" levels now.

I also want to add to my first post that the only new compound I'm introducing is tbol. I've taken deca before just not the short ester. And currently I'm on the trt and peps. The reason I chose deca is to help with the joints.

Thanks

Cycle looks fine but I would rather use winstrol or anavar instead of tbol at the end of a cycle. They will harden you up and give you a dry look so you can see more muscle definition and striations.

I have a 20 wk test cyp/eq cycle planned for early next year that I'm planning to throw var on the end of. I don't have any var on hand atm and this blast is more of a lean gainer/shoulder rehab. I'm not going real heavy, just planning a smooth run with some lean gains. Not really interested in shredding just yet. I haven't done a cycle in 5+ year so I just want to ease back into it. I thought the tbol would be moderate enough to tighten up a little on the tail end. Is this a good idea or no?

Still looking for some feedback here guys, particularly dosing schedule with hcg and the AAS. Also my dosages of everything. Took my first extra shot of test last night in vg. First time injecting into vg and it was a breeze, possibly my new favorite spot. Just ramping the dose up some and preparing for the blast. Chime in my friends!

Feel good. I used the new stuff (stealth) just testing it out. Not much pip at all and I'm feeling a good kick from it today. I would say stealth is gtg. I'll know more as time goes on and I start the npp. As far as injection site, I used 100mg more than trt dose and vg is just slightly tender today. Two thumbs up for vg stab.

In reply to vg site pain. It was considerably sore yesterday evening and today. But I did a leg workout this evening and it didn't hinder flexibility or performance. Keep in mind this was a virgin muscle to pin for me and I pinned 250mg of stealth instead of the usual 150mg of Pfizer. So it could be a number of things why it was more sore than usual. Sunday I will stick quads with 250mg stealth and compare to normal site pain. Which is literally non existent when I pin the Pfizer, most the time the next day I forget I even injected. All in all tho, even with the tender vg, I will still pin there quite often because it's out of the way and doesn't affect mobility.

ventral gluteal....basically your hip or that small muscle the size of a golf ball that flexes when you shift your weight from one side to the other.

It's not bad at all...very easy to reach and keep stable while injecting. Rowed 7 miles today...soreness has almost completely dissipated. Vg will definitely be in my rotation.

Kswole do not use text speak on this forum and do not use steroid acronyms unless they are commonly used. I first read 'vg' as 'vagina'.

Vagina is always in rotation...and I don't know what you mean when you say text speak. Vg = ventral gluteal

Hahaha that's what I thought at first. I'm on the floor Pyro.

I am however sure Kswole is switching regularly between ventral gluteal and vagina. Hang on that doesn't sound right either.

Hahahhaa that's definately not right!

Kswole: Text speak for example gtg. Steroid acronyms for e.g TRT is fine but vg is not rather write vagina. ;)

Vg is an acronym for ventral gluteal...and is widely used.

No, it's not. Use proper english, finish and klaar, no ifs or buts.

Just look at all the off topic posts your improper use of english grammar caused. This is unacceptable and this thread should have been locked due to that.

Well in my country it is. Rvg and lvg...google vg injection and everything you would want to know will be in results. This thread was never off topic, Nate and I were discussing the injection site pain. All I was trying to do was share some knowledge about my experience with it. There's really no need to attack me or my "improper English".

Listen boet, the rules are clear about proper grammar and you were warned by a moderator about that. Instead of complying you started an argument and sent the thread off topic. Now you want to argue with me too and I will take none of that. You will be banned for three days so that you can read the rules and learn to respect them as well as senior members.
