Girly training comes from within and has nothing to do with A specific sport.

Well then let me put it to you this way then. There is no one in fighting sports doing girly training. Those guys quit as soon as they start getting bashed. Girly training = getting smashed and abused. You can get away with girly training in a body building gym not in a fighting gym

I disagree! I Boxed competitively for man year and saw a lot of people who liked to fight but were never around for long or very good because they didn't have the discipline and didn't give it what it takes to be any good.
Like Oupa said it not the sport it's the person that makes it girly, if your training propey after 5 days your body will be crying for rest.

I challenge any guy to join a ballet troupe for a training session. If you last ten minutes I WILL be impressed. :P

I think there has been a bit of a misunderstanding regarding your training. I know a few MMA pros and amateurs and these guys train as hard and harder than you do.

You guys are super conditioned and can't be equated to "normal" standards. Kinda like in the 70's when they used the US Navy diver tables and tried to implement them for recreational scuba divers and wondered why guys were bending left and right.

I still find it amazing (and at the same time how it makes a complete fallacy of weight classes) how some guys can walk around eg 90kg (technically LHW), drop to 75kg (LW) for a weigh in and come fight night the next night, be back up to weight and have no ill effects.

The poor guys who are genuine in that class actually stand no chance.

Im on my phone so apologies if it has been mentioned, winny for contact sports isn't the greatest to whoever suggested it.

Yeah I would think that T-bol, Anavar and Primo would be the the compounds of choice.

I am starting to think that the choice of compounds was a mistake. During any type of grappling training the pumps are so much that the performance is actually not as good. Could this be from Primo? Thinking of throwing it out of the cycle completely

My guess is the equi and not the primo. Equi from my understanding pushes a lot more blood to the working area. I could be wrong and if I am I will be corrected. Lol

There is no way the primo will give you those pumps after only about 2 weeks.

its the end of the week 3 and i front loaded EQ. Primo is jabs at only 200 mgs. So is EQ the reason? I am also thinking of making the cycle 12 weeks. Should I still start my SQ shots of HCG in week 4 or later? Thanks for all the assistance guys

You shouldn't be feeling the Equi at all either after 2 weeks, I'm on week 7 and it's only just kicking in now. Using either Equi or Primo for only 12 weeks is a waste in my opinion! That when it's only just started REALLY working.

Rhino on a equi cycle would you then use a bit of a kicker at beginning of cycle?

Today I will do what I never thought possible!

I haven't used a oral kick for my last couple of cycles but I do run some test prop and that kicks in fairly quickly.

Okay awesome.
Been doing research for a solid second cycle next year and the feeling seems to be stacking test with equi.

So if i extend the cycle to 14 weeks or lets say even 16. Where does pregnyl 250 IU twice per week come in? Still from week 4?

So I am at week 10 now of this cycle. About 5 weeks ago i had a heavy sparring session and my left shoulder was frozen. Since then i started experiencing popping noises in joints. Back shoulders hips ankles. It came to a stage where I actually could not do any high intensity training and i just carried on with light weight training. Last week i went to the doc worrying that I have some allergic reaction to the gear or I might be showing signs of Arthritis. So I went to do bloods and he performed tests for inflammation and gout. The results came back normal together with x rays and ultra sound was fine.

However one reading was very high. Creatine kinase was showing at 903. The regular levels are 85 - 309. This was Yesterday and he told me that I might be over training or have some sort of muscle or heart trauma. The fact is I was not training hard for the last couple of weeks. He said I must completely rest this weekend and repeat tests on Monday. He will also do kidney liver and other tests as well.

I went online and was reading about creatine kinase levels and most medical sites say that normal ranges for these results were not made for athletes and people who work out. In fact I read that the range for professional athletes can go as high as 1500. I will also check the heart on Monday to see if everything is ok as I have experienced some strong heart beats during training and also sometimes while just lying chilling on the couch.

Anyone had any similar effects? The gear is axio labs and I am also on 250 IU twice per week of Pregnyl from Synthesis Ultimate Peptides.

I wouldn't be worried about that creatine kinase bud. Even a super healthy natural bodybuilder, cross fitter or any athlete doing intense weight training could expect those blood test results and be completely fine. The joint issues are not related.

Its the strangest feeling. Joints are not really sore just clicky and noisy. They feel brittle. I had a similar feeling on Winstrol years and years ago. But the compounds I am using should not be giving me that feeling yea?

Anyways I am cutting off the primobolan and will finish off the cycle with equipose and cypionate. Then I was thinking of jumping on some GHRP 6. Any advice on how long to cycle the peptide?
