To start off I haven't purchased anything I feel my diet is in check.
I read up on the following as this is what I have been told will effectively cut fat over a 4 week period.Currently in a comp with a bit of cash involved 8 weeks to go.
I noted advise on the diet and have effectively adjusted the cardio diet and weights.
I am not jumping into this blindly I would just like some opinions before I spend any cash.
gh frag, cyt3 ,proviron ,pregnyl, femara and kynoselen 2ml every 3 days ,zaditen and Glucophage
gh frag -HGH Frag breaks down fat in the body and also stops food turning into fat
cyt3- as I read on the forum is a bit of a waste and should be going for clen and yohimbe on its own for better effect
proviron-preserve a bit of the muscle mass cut water and can aid in fat loss
pregnyl-also used to maintain the mass and binds with the globulin to transport free test
femara-combat the estrogenic side effects of anabolic steroids water-retention, acne and gynocomastia. It will also raise testosterone levels because of the lowered estrogen in the body
kynoselen-increasing energy and appetite stimulation
zaditen-works with the clen and allows the use of clen for longer periods
Whats the input here guys is this a bit of overkill. As much input as you can would be needing to buy by Saturday start Monday

Weight, height, BF% before & currently, diet and exercise regime and goals. Your training history. Have you used anything before etc etc
You may think you have it sorted but there are very clever experienced folk on here who would give invaluable advice.
As for the cocktail you're planning to take! Would think the money would be better spent on proper food.

Did I say I had it sorted.I posted the diet in another thread as mentioned currently in a comp with 8 weeks left to go.
The above was recommended to me by dietician for a 4 week cycle.
Currently 0n 102 kg 1.86 height body fat 28.
My diet is clean just been revised there is no issue with that.
Exercise regime has been calculated and worked in with the diet.
The invaluable advice is what I am seeking.
I did read up and got as much info on all that was recommended.I have not used anything.
For sure food is the best option this is just additional to that option.

Drastic times drastic measures.

Firstly. I would say that is the problem right there. Who gives a continental what some other guy says.
The reality of Weight loss is that if it goes quick, it's going to come back even quicker.
You didn't get to 28% BF overnight. So how can toy expect to lose it quickly. You have to reprogram your metabolism and that takes time. There are guys here who can drop 10kg in a month but their bodies are used to it (much like boxers and MMA fighters cutting for weigh in).
Do it slow and proper. Get your BF down to 15% then maybe look a cycle of Test and something like Anavar during bridge.
It may take a year. Even two. But by then your mate would've picked up all the weight and more and you'll be the buff mofo.
Importantly though is that you have to make a complete lifestyle change. It's not going to be easy. If it was we'd all look like Pierre Spies.
Good luck and stick to it.

Fatburners should ALWAYS be your last resort when fatburning slows down. If it has slowed down go back to maintenance calories for a week or two and restart the diet. This provided youve been dieting for a while now. Overall leave the drugs and make sure everything else is correct first

Also I am a bit stumped here as to how you can say that your diet is in check yet you cannot tell me how many calories are in it nor what your macro breakdown is. Your goal at the moment should be weight loss without muscle loss, and you will not do this by looking at the scale or the mirror at your BF percentage. I would wager I could lose 20kg in two months. From that probably 8kg would be fat, I would look like an ethiopian, and it would take me another year of extreme dedication to gain back all of that precious lean muscle.

you need 3724 Calories/day to maintain your weight
you need 3224 Calories/day to lose 0.5 kg per week
you need 2724 Calories/day to lose 1 kg per week
you need 4224 Calories/day to gain 0.5 kg per week
you need 4724 Calories/day to gain 1 kg per week
The reason I say it is check is I am seeing a dietician and following his guidelines .
How ever I have added up the calories in the diet and calculated and it seems per this calculator and the diet I fall short almost 900 calories.Using Calipers
In my understanding of this in order to drop weight not muscle mass I need to increase my calorie intake and this will put me in the fat burning zone.

Use BMR = 370 + (21.6 x lean mass in kg)
Lean mass = total weight x (1 - BF%)
Take your BMR, add 300 cals and that is a good starting point.
How many calories in your diet? No offence here but dieticiens generally have no idea what they are talking about. They can give you a healthy diet yes, but a proper bodybuilding diet that gets results is FAR MORE than simply healthy. Think about top level bodbuilders: they know a shipload about nutrition (far more than any normal dietician) yet all of them choose to spend $$$ on dieting and training coaches.
