Spot injections

I am going to have to start pinning 3 times a week and I HATE it! My shoulders and glutes really take some punishment!
I do not want to inject my arms or legs, as you start to see the scar tissue as you get really lean towards a show. Any other suggestions?
Maybe I can cycle between anterior, Posterior and lateral delts? I have just always spotted in the Lateral delt and never tried the other 2.

What about looking at quads?

I know all the sites, thats not the problem. Dont want to inject where i get really lean and cross cuts start to show for example. Used to do quads, had a bad experience with my quad. Not sure what happened, but my quads started swelling and stayed like that for a week

For me I only pin shoulders now, cyp and npp as well as prop on last cycle with no issues.
My ass can take the first four injections of a cycle and that is it. Shoulders I get no pain at all with three pins or EOD pins.

Does pinning your shoulders eod not saturate the muscle to such an extent that less oil gets absorbed being such a small muscle compared to quads for instance?

Less of the steroid is absorbed through your delts than your glutes. There is a clinical study where they compared bioavailibility of deca and NPP shots in different muscles. It was a significant difference surprisingly.

Ye i remember reading your post on this some time ago, i just cant pin my ass it just to damn painful. Shoulders are a breeze. I still managed to throw on 11kgs anyhoo. I would rather pin my eyes then glutes :pinch:
