Help needed on possible cycle was created by Outlaw #19
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum, my name is Jason and I'm 18 years old, looking to gain as much knowledge as possible! :)

My stats:
Weight: 89kg
Height: 181cm
Deadlift: 180kg
Squat: 120kg (ass to the ground)

I've been training for a few years, first few to loose some weight then started to get into bodybuilding - lots of trial and error and getting to know my body. I feel now that I do know what's up with how things work and all that but was wondering if you guys could help me out and point me in the right direction, I'm all ears and will listen to what you say not like some other people who only listen to what they want to hear.

I'm contemplating doing a Tbol only (Turinabol) cycle next year then running pct afterwards obviously with liver support etc, main reason I want to do an oral only cycle would be just to get into the gear thing and then the next year move on to injectables. I'm not looking for massive gains would just like to get to 92-94 and maybe lean out a tiny bit. Also condering Tbol as the sides aren't as bad as other AAS but yea, any help and info would be much apprecaited.

Food wise, I'm getting roughly 3500 +/- kcal a day, pretty strict on my diet and I'm at gym 5 days a week.

Regards J

What's up Jason!

It's good to see you looking for advise before you just rush into a cycle!

Tbol is said to be some what similar to Dbol but with out the water retention and harsh side effects. With that being said depended on the dosage side effects and water retention may a factor.

I would personally recommend an Anavar cycle, as it is very mild and side effects are mild or unlikely to occur. But all of this depends on your body and how it reacts to the AAS.

Let me see the cycle you plan on running and your PCT protocol and we can work from there!

Rather wait until you've reached your full growth potential (21-22years old), you'll be able to reach that weight no problem naturally. With the right diet and many compound exercises (Power lifting) it will be possible. Your own natural test levels are probably at its highest. Don't rush into anything. Read some more on this site before jumping on a tbol only cycle. My recommendation, if you're just looking to lean out a bit, while still putting on some size is to maybe try carb cycling. On training days eat your carbs for breakfast, pre and post workout. On non training days your first three meals obviously with your protein source. the rest of your meals in between just protein and fats. If you looking for a solid diet with no guesswork, pop admin a mail and he will forward it on to DJ. I know he busy with his own contest prep at the moment and will only probably help you thereafter. All the best and ask as many questions you want, you have the right attitude though and will learn a lot from this forum but just be wise in your actions.

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated!

@Peewee, I was actually thinking of Anavar as well, but was kind of inclined towards tbol for its resemblance to dbol without harsh sides - more chance of some small gains with fat loss with the tbol compared to var? May be wrong though..

@David.biohazard, Yea that's been eating away at me, read up quite abit on that and does seem like abit of a waste, would definitely like to wait till I'm 21, and thanks for the idea, would like to look into that and try it out, my diet currently is as follows:

Breakfast: 5 egg whites + whole egg with 100g oats and a banana

Lunch: Wholewheat pasta and tuna

Pre workout snack: 2 apples, grapes and a papaya

Post workout shake: Muscle Works Hardcore whey, fat free milk, 50g oats and egg whites.

Post workout snack: Futurelife with 30g oats, almonds and whey

Supper: 350g steak, half tin of baked beans, vegetables and either crumbed fish or chicken

Training wise:

Mon: Legs
Tue: Chest
Wed: Off - light cardio
Thur: Back
Fri: Shoulders
Sat: Arms + Abs
Sun: Off - light cardio

Sweet, yea, been reading through some of the posts and there's lots of good info

Honestly I think you are waaayyy too young to be thinking of doing cycles.
How long have you been training very seriously and dieting?

Don't be so hasty! First get to know your body and how it works and react to certain training methods and diets.
Get a good brand of supplements that you trust and know works, BCAAS, Whey, Pre and Post. Train like that for a year or 2. Then if you feel you need to do a cycle go for it

Meal Structure:
Training Days:
Meal 1 - Protein, Carbs and fats
Meal 2 - shake with fats
Meal 3 - Protein, fats and veg
Meal 4 - Protein, fats and veg
Pre work out - oats and raisins
post workout - shake, no carbs or fats
45min after workout - Protein, Carbs and veg
Dinner - Protein, fats and veg
before bed - shake and fats

Non Training days:
Meal 1 - Protein, carbs and fats
Meal 2,3 - Protein and carbs
Meal 4,5,6 - Protein and fats and veg

Try structuring your meals this way. This will help you to gain muscle and loose unwanted bf at the same time. Eat your red meat before 3pm and before and after gym sessions stick to to white lean meats. Veggies must be mainly green as this is harder for the body to break down and therefore raises your metabolism, enabling you to burn more bf. Have at least one cheat meal per week as this will help to keep fooling the body into staying in a fat burning zone. By eating like this, you will definitely pick up the muscle mass you want easily and at the same time lean out, which is ultimately your goal. All without the use of juice. Check the structure, write out your new eating plan and post it up and then someone will be able to direct you better. Oh and one more thing, cut out the fruits high in fruit sugars, and milk and normal sugar. This will help you get there quicker...

What is the theory behind the red meat before 3pm?

Well this is specific to the time the dude is training and limited to 2 red meat meals, mainly because it has higher concentration of fat than white, which slows down the absorption of protein, which you don't want in and around your training time.

Thanks for the replies, and sorry for getting back so late - not getting notified via email.. Anyway

@Flex - I've actually come to my senses, I am abit too young to be juicing now, still got a long way to go, I'd say for about a year now, I was training properly a few years ago but my nutrition back then was rubbish. And yea, I really like Nutritech and SSN. I also think I'd really like to get my body fat down quite low before thinking of a cycle. Currently sitting at roughly 12% bf, would like to get down to between 5 and 8%.

@David.biohazard Thanks man! That's really helped me understand what you meant, very useful, I still have A LOT to learn about proper nutrition.. So just to get a rough idea if I'm on the right track would this be okay:

Meal 1: 4 egg whites + 2 full eggs with oats and a banana plus almonds
Meal 2: Protein shake with almonds
Meal 3: Tenderized steak, broccoli and some olive oil
Meal 4: Tenderized steak and spinach with some olive oil
Pre workout: Oats and raisins and maybe an apple?
Post workout: Protein shake
45 min after workout: Tuna and baked beans and maybe Futurelife Zero shake? Dinner: Skinless Chicken, crumbed fish/ chicken and mixed veggies
Before bed: Could I maybe have fat free cottage cheese with fat free milk and make a mini shake with that? Money is a bit tight so I will prob have to go sparingly with the whey.

Will cut out most of the fruit, I love apples and the banana makes my breakfast bearable. Oh, may I ask why I shouldn't have carbs in my post workout shake, all this time I've been adding oats to my post workout shake.. And then basically only 2 of my meals will be purposefully containing carbs namely meal 1 and my meal 45 mins after workout so would I then try break down my current portion of carbs into those two meals? obviously taking into account my other meals which may contain abit of carbs. And would it be overkill if I done abit of cardio in the mornings on weight days or should I just stick to doing cardio on rest days?
