First cycle help Anavar/Test Prop/Proviron

Hi guys i want to do my first steroid cycle. Have decided on Anavar, Test P and Proviron. Im looking to gain some lean quality mass and strength while staying lean. can someone tell me what dosage to take and how long?

My stats are as follow

age = 23
height = 1.77m
weight = 79Kg
bf = 9-10%

Been training for 6+ years, my diet and
training is in check.

also what would the PCT look like and im also a bit scared of Gyno. how do i take precautions for this? do i take something with the cycle or keep Adex with?

1-8 Prop 150mg EOD
1-8 Var 60-80mg per day
1-10 Prov 40-60mg per day

8-10: 500iU hCG EOD
11-15: Clomid & Nolva

Keeping letro or adex on hand is fine for when/if gyno flares up.

Dont know what cycle you have in mind but here is one i gave to a friend.

A good cycle would be

8 weeks test prop @150mg eod
10weeks anavar @60mg a day.
10weeks proviron @40-60mg a day.

Pct will start 2 weeks after your last test injection.
Day 1-7 clomid @ 100mg a day
Day 8-37 nolva @20mg a day
Day 8-37 hcg @ 500ius eod

Adex will be fine to control estrogen.
Only use the adex if you see signs of gyno.
Post your diet.
