Then you should give your stats in order for the guys here to give accurate advice.
Age, Height, Weight, BF%, Diet guideline. State what your immediate goals are.
Quick answer to your question. Steroids will most definitely "mess" with your hormones, everything you do to build muscle comes 100% down to hormones.
No it won't make you sterile unless you do something really stupid! This site is no.1 when it comes to steroid advice so enjoy!

JuicyJuice wrote: Hi ive been training for more than 5 years without the use of any steroids or pro hormones. i feel that i have reached my maximum natural potential as my strength is better than most people even using steroids and i cannot get any bigger and leaner. my training and diet is in check. i would like to know what would a first cycle for someone like me look like with the goal in mind to look like a top fitness model. also will these steroids mess with my hormones and cause me not to be able to have children? thanks
Ben
ok not to mess with you bud, but if your goal is too look like a fitness model then you have definately not in any way maximised your body's natural abilities. please post your diet and lets start from there

my stats are
age: 23
hight: 1.76m
weight: just under 80kg
bf: around 10% maybe a bit less
and GSP im not talking about the mens health fitness models. more like world class ones like Greg Plitt and them
my diet is good. high in protein and full of healthy foods. and i also take various supplements including protein powders, fish oils, BCAA, etc
as ive mentioned, the chance of becoming sterile scares ma a bit. is there roids that 100% would not influence this? sorry for the noob questions.
also my goal is to be at around 80-85 kg at say 6-7%bf
thanks

my apologies mate when u said fitness model, I immediately had images of mens health in my mind... Seems what you after is body recomp, i.e. dropping body fat and adding lean muscle at the same time. AAS will definately aid you in this regard but in terms of your goals, mentioning the good stuff that you eating doesn't help as much as how much of it you eating and how you timing your nutritional intake.
Is your current diet based on your bmr and tdee calculations?

Don't do that. After training you need to get the nutrients your muscles crave fast. By adding a lot of "other stuff" to whey, you are making it more complex for your system to digest. If you choose to add something to whey, let it be fast digesting simple carbs.
Read the dieting stickies, I think this type of thing is covered there.
