NPP cycle options

Howdy Folks

Im looking to do a watered down version of Spikes NPP cycle At 33 yrs young this will only be my third cycle.

Would this be okay for a 12 week cycle?

40mg Dbol ed for weeks 1 - 4
150mg NPP eod (12 weeks)
320mg Supertest eod (12 weeks)

or should I just stick to this?

40mg ed for weeks 1 - 4
150mg NPP eod (12 weeks)
100mg Test Prop eod (12 weeks)

I'm sure I've seen DJ mention that 75mg NPP twice a week in a cycle is also sufficient. Recommendations and suggestions please guys thank you dankie

Id do 150mg testp(1.5ml) eod and 150mg npp (1ml) eod its just a preference to keep shorter esters together. You just get more band for your buck with the testp, shorter ester = more test released.

Your test needs to be higher than deca or you will have problems, 1ml nnp eod, with 1ml sust eod ,is perfect,and var 8weeks before start pct run it through your bridge sounds like an awesome cycle:-)

Not 75mg,150mg 2x a week br

Thanks for the feedback guys. If I were to pin 150mg NPP twice a week, should I do the same with the Supertest at 320mg twice a week, or stick to eod with the Supertest?
