just out of interest, if used together on a cycle will the proviron help hold back the water retention you get from dbol?

from my personal experience, the proviron definitely helped to keep the bloat down, not by that much though.. if you're really anal about retaining water id go with some adex or letro. keep in mind that eating clean also play a big role in bloating

thanks bru, i hear what you saying. you know, about 8/10years ago i actually did not bloat up at all while on dbol. I had nice leanish growth, but i was eating clean and not sure what else i was doing. I should be that anal about the water as i do want to grow.

hey bud, still havent reaped the benefits yet as i had to stop it last week because i picked up a very bad cough, think it was due to the tren. started this week again and going full steam ahead now, next oin will be tonight. one thing i can say, it makes you damn hard. maybe i've just been a softie all these years but feeling the muscles now even unflexed, the muscle is frikken tight/hard. Teh other night i was having a smoke outside with the wifey and we chatting but i end up feeling my quads, so not use to this.
Give me another 2 weeks then i will be able to tell you exactly how it works, going to finish this cycle whether i start coughing again or not.

as to the proviron and dbol , i find a little proviron and nolva does work to some degree , but obviously not as effective as adex. But then again with dbol with you want some estrogen activity , its mostly how the strength gains are achieved. I like injectable dbol and then i add in Var tabs ... keep the water down to a minimum.

Maybe, instead of training legs twice a week, split that up into a Quads only day, then after 3 or so days hit Hamstrings only and work your calves on days where you train smaller muscle groups like Shoulders, Arms, Abs or even Chest etc.

Thanks bud. Yep patience is not my strong point and the fact that i hate training legs aint helping me either but i will persevere. after this mornings session my legs felt as huge as tree stumps but when looking in the locker room mirror it looked like chicken legs  so i will need to keep training them until it's safe to wear a shorts.

this is going to be embarrassing but let me rather be truthfull.MRfeathers wrote: what does your leg training program look like. post it lets see
barbell squat (been using the smith machine this week) 4 sets
seated leg extension 5 sets
dumbell side lunge 3 sets
dumbell stiff-leg deadlift 3 sets
lying leg curl 3 sets
cable abductor raise 3 sets
standing calf raise 5 sets
what i've been doing for calves too is using the hack squat machine and doing 4-5 sets calf raises on that too.

MRfeathers wrote: why dont you do squats at the squat rack? and i see you dont do any leg press, whys thats?
I was using the squat rack before, only started using the smith machine this week, reason being, i assume that it gives me stricter form. As for leg press, no excuse or reason there. I got this training plan from a friend and I just followed it.

I don't know what your diet is like, but your leg workout isn't the best. If you want your legs to grow, you should be incorporating more compound exercises into your leg workouts.
My legs are growing nicely with this:
QUADS
[2-3sets of Barbell squats for a warm-up followed by a static stretch]
*5 sets Heavy leg press (12,10,8,8,6) - you should be going heavy enough so that you're buggered for the rest of your workout (with form obviously)
*5 sets Deep Barbell Squats (12,12,10,10)
*5 sets Deep Hack Squat (10 reps)
*3 sets Heavy Leg Extensions (8 reps)
*3 sets Lighter Leg Extensions (12-15 reps)
HAMSTRINGS
[2-3sets of Lying Leg Curls for a warm-up followed by a static stretch]
*3 sets Heavy Deadlift (8,8,6) - back pumps become unbearable, so I just do 3 sets
*4 sets Heavy Lying Leg Curls (8,8,6,6)
*4 sets Heavy Lunges (8 reps)
*4 sets Light Lying Leg Curls (12 slow reps)
*4 sets Seated Leg Curls (12 reps)
*I then train Shoulders

this work will make me cry, i have no doubt about that. but I think i will adopt your workout and see it work for me. will start a new thread just to stay inline with the forum rules.
