I need everyone's sign off before I order my gear please. Please bear with me as I've tried to explain this as best as I could.
This is my second test cycle, first one being TestCyp/Dbol/Winny earlier this year. I've decided to switch to TestProp to minimise sides, hence the following cycle. I've structured the cycle in such a way that there is no wastage
Stats: aiming for 74kg by start of cycle
BF: around 16%
wk 1-8 Test Prop 100mg EOD (3 vials)
wk 1-10 Anavar 30mg per day
wk 1-10 Proviron 25mg
(bridging with Avavar and Proviron)
PCT 2 (Note: travelling wk 12-13)
wk9-10 HCG
wk11-14 Clomid/Nolvadex (coinciding with holiday trip, so no pinning required)
Anavar
I know the Anavar dosage is a bit low, but I lean out quite quickly (from my experience with my previous cycle). Should I still increase it?
Proviron
I've opt for a lower dosage as I've had no sides from my previous Dbol/TestCyp cycle besides the moon swings and low libido in the last week of my cycle. Shall I rather up the dosage as well?
PCT
Because of travelling commitments (wk12-13), is it possible to take the HCG from wk 9 (start of bridging period), and the Clomid and Nolvadex thereafter?
I'm sure I've seen cycles on this site where HCG is taken outside PCT hence the question.
Alternatively I could delay the cycle for 3 weeks OR run it for longer sothat, in both instances, the bridging coincides with the holiday trip.
Looking forward to everyone's reponses

I'm sure you can take the HCG from week 9. Why do you have a 2wek bridge with Prop? Just asking.
Goodluck.

You loosing me. Bridging period = 4.5 prop half life x 3 = 14 days. Hence week 9 & 10.
Am I missing the point?

What would the HCG dosage be and frequency of pinning? I was thinking of pinning every 3rd day?
Also, I want to confirm that I can run the HCG with the Anavar and Proviron?
Com'on guys I need more feedback on this cycle. I want to do it right this time.

I'm not too keen on running it during the cycle. During the bridge would be great, but not sure how this impacts the usage of Anavar and Proviron.
During PCT, may be abit of a problem (holiday trip) but depending on when during PCT. If during PCT is the recommended time, and it does clash, then I may either start the cycle 3 weeks later or extend it by 3 weeks.

Why wouldnt u want to run the hcg through the cycle? If u use it during cycle at a moderate dose of 250iu twice a week on this cycle, you will negate testicular atrophy, prevent a reduction of leydig cells which produce testesrone, and ensure that you have a much easier pct. PCT protocols which include high levels of hcg before pct are a thing of the past imo, using it during a cycle is a much much better option.

Nice cycle by the way mate. I really like the fact that you've kept it relatively simple. Hope you enjoy it and make the most out of it

I would do 40mg-60mg var ed.
I would also take 2 provirons daily so thats about 40-50mg daily.
Run hcg during cycle 2-3 shots a week @ 500iu's per shot - Then pct with plain nolva, clomid.
Oh and if youre looking for more lean mass, without added water - tbol @ 40-60mg ed will be great!
Nice, simple cycle bro - enjoy! Ill be doing something similar next....

manery wrote: No offence but your quite light.. how tall are you? how much did you weigh before your first cycle ?
My previous cycle I've climb from about 74kgs to 78kg and dropped BF by about 5%. My the end of PCT I was back on 74kg but maintained the lower BF%. My poor gains, I've been told were due to the lower calories intake of about 2500 and mainly due to the low test I experienced after PCT.
After the month of fasting I dropped further from 74 to 71kg, but am climbing now steadily. Should end up on atleast 74kg, but with a higher BF%.
I'll try to upload a pic

Test shuts down your hormones to produce test. My understanding is that HCG kick starts the test production process again. By using it during cycle, are you not confusing your hormones as it does not know whether it produce or not produce, thereby causing futher damage?

No, the exogenous test causes shutdown via negative feedback of the HPTA. hcg mimics LH. LH directly stimulates testosterone release - so there will be not shutdown. This is what I understand of the topic - correct me if im wrong MA,DJ,Koe007,admin,pump,chapel  , eidolon
lol! You guys still awesome

Why is it that everyone has to weigh 90kg before they can start juicing. There are lots of guys myself included that have no desire to be huge.
I know a lot of you guys dont believe in the " hard gainer " type of person but it does exists.
Not everyone has the frame to carry huge weight. I am 34 and have been gyming for 4 years properly and with a decent diet for the last 2 years my weight gain was extreemly slow and i got to a point where i almost said fuckit and just did my cardio base sports and dropped the weight training all together.
Thats when i turned to juice I now have huge motivation because of the results i can achieve but even still my results are not as good as what alot of you guys " no hard gainers " are probably achieving.
I am not trying to make excuses for lazy 18 year old kids full of there own natural test. They need to get educated train and eat hard and only look at juice when they much older.
The point i am trying to make is that genitics plays a massive role in muscle development and the persons goals are also an important thing to remember before you tell the oke he is too light weight to start juicing.
Ok had my ramble, manery this isint really directed at you but just a general comment I wanted to make.

Thanks Incubus but I don't mind the question. Perhaps there's some other reason for it. I don't want to be a big guy. Looking nice and lean at 80kg is my goal. I'm quite happy with my results too date considering I was an extremely skinny 5 years ago (about 64kgs).
The mass process has been slow because I pick up stomach fat very quickly (as seens in pics) and therefore end up eating too clean most of the time.

I will have the HCG on hand at start of the cycle, and will introduce it at first signs of small nads, else use it during bridging before PCT. If I do get a larger than expected vial, I might as well introduce it earlier.
I'm also thinking of leaving the Anavar and Proviron dosages as is and rather increasing it as the cycle progresses.

iMan wrote: Beemer what diet will you be following?
I really don't know.
I usually consume about 2500 calories (40% prot, 40 carbs, 20% fat) but gains became stagnant on previous cycle so DJ advised I should double carbs on training days. I understand that Anavar is more of a cutting agent than winny, so I'm assuming that with 2500 calories (with double carbs on training days) I'm hoping to make some nice learn gains. If fat levels don't drop, I hoping that an increase in Anavar dosage will assist.
Not sure if this makes sense
